Hi!Can i ask if you have to re-do the alignment after disconnecting subframe?or it has fix points for castor referement?
@mechanicigor4 жыл бұрын
There are no fix points I'm installing where it was because we can see the marks where it was tighten if there are problems later then you do alignment

13:35 This picture could possibly have saved me hours looking for a leak! I have changed both seals but still have a leak in the centre like this- Possibly Plug seal failure!!???

Good morning, the machine you did is a 55 or 66 kw?, I read in the workshop manual elearn fiat that to disassemble the 66 kw 6 speed clutch you have to disconnect all the engine, is it true?
@mechanicigor5 жыл бұрын
sorry for late response yes its true with 6 speed gearbox you have to remove the engine wit the transmission

Hello! I'm interested, how long is this process? How much time it requires? Is this process similar with Panda Multijet and Punto 2? Thank you.
@mechanicigor6 жыл бұрын
The process is similar and it takes around 4-5 hours
@brookcampbell6838 Жыл бұрын
Hi, would it be a similar process on a fiat 500 multijet please. Thank you
@mechanicigor Жыл бұрын
If it's the same engine then yes
@pinekuusman93574 жыл бұрын
no need for removing lower subframe. It's tight but possible.

Hello, i have same car but petrol 1.2 ...i putted new clutch kit, and fork of release bearing...but i still have some vibrations when im starting from 1st gear or reverse with a little or non gas pedal added...what you reccon?
@mechanicigor3 жыл бұрын
I'm not sure did you had those vibrations before you replace clutch and in what condition was old clutch when you remove it
@strahinjicban46823 жыл бұрын
@@mechanicigor yes i had much bigger shaking than this because release bearing was stucked into pressure plate...and i putted new set of clutch, and now i have smaller vibrations when im releasing clutch pedal when i want to start slowly without adding gas...if i add some gas when starting than is better...
@mechanicigor3 жыл бұрын
@@strahinjicban4682 did you replace guide for release bearing?
@strahinjicban46823 жыл бұрын
@@mechanicigor you mean fork? Yes i replaced...whole clutch kit is replaced, but maybe flywheel should be resurfaced...on the eye he was good but maybe some micromilimeter scratches was on it?
@mechanicigor3 жыл бұрын
@@strahinjicban4682 no not the fork the part on top off the shaft where you install release bearing on transmission on newer model is replaceable I think on older it was part of the transmission in what condition was that part did the bearing slide easy
