The third generation Fiat Panda has advanced significantly since we first saw it hit our roads in the 1980s. They've fully embraced the squircle design inside and out, which makes this boxy style a bit more funky.
Even though it is a 4x4, this is a great city car as it's small and fairly practical. The raised seating position gives you an advantage too, when driving.
Fiat have made the Panda a cute car, although not as cute as an actual Panda it still puts up a good fight in the small, city category. We put it to the test in our latest review.

Grrrrrrr what is this review still doing on here. Take it off. This moron is frustrating. The Panda is the most amazing city car and I love it. Such awesome value and I highly recommend this car. Italian built and efficient on fuel. Thank you Fiat for a brilliant car.

Great little car. Our 2014 Lounge even has an electric quickclear windscreen (same as Fords), heated seats, and like all Panda's, follow home headlights that stay on for upto 4 minutes - and opening rear windows - which nearly all rivals lack. It also side protection pads on the doors - to avoid car park knocks. 100% reliable and has been great for long journeys.

had this fiat panda as a loan car for the last four days and i thought it was awesome to drive. the style of the car is growing on me. my next car will be some kind of a fiat.

A bizarre review. The obsessive reference to cheapness misses the whole point. I have owned the big and the brash - beemers, Saab, Citroen etc etc. This little cars beaks all the eurobland and Japanese cloned stuff on the roads. It has bravado and design in spades. Driving it leaves me grinning. Never owned such a sassy car. Somewhere there's a review that notes of the cons "that some people won't get it". This young man doesn't.

Awful review. I've got no particular opinion on the Panda other than to say that I admire the unpretentiousness of it but the review lacks any sense of fairness or reason. The last thing this guy should be doing is reviewing cars!

Maybe I'm one of a kind in the whole world with ten years old Panda with which I covered over 150 000 miles across all Europe without a single glitch. And, to this idiot that calls himself a car journalist, absolutely nothing ever fell of it like you said it would. So I would reccomend you to think before you say something stupid like you did here.

I am 6'2 and I sat in the back seat of it with the driving seat pulled back to my measures. I was quite comfy in the back too. I am not claiming that it's got acres of leg space but a six footer should be fine. It is obvious that this guy pulled the driving seat all the way to the back just to have one more reason to extend his biased criticism against the car. Yes, the plastics are not top notch and but what would you expect on a car of this price tag? We DON'T need this kind of reviews!

The star rating review doesn’t seem to match the previous commentary? I drove one as a hire car and was amazing and how quiet and refined it was and how it cruised on the motorway. It’s clearly a functional machine rather than the fashion but it has its own charm.

This guy is wrong. This review Is wrong. The build quality of this car is not cheap at all! He is objectively incorrect in his assessment. You need some more education you lout and discretion! Your judgemrnt is poor. Get off KZbin indeed. You Are missinforming The Public. When you say you are shallow in this video you are then correct. But only on the sense that you do not give due consideration to your words before you speak which is a discredit to yourself and your capacity as a car critic. Be admonished boy. Study wisdom and learn discretion.

... The 1.2 litre FIRE engine dates back to the 1980's Uno.... but if you fancy LPG or CNG that's the reliable engine to go for....

if you think that interior is cheap the you should drive the origonal panda. Pandas are meant to be for peasants not poncys. STOP PICKING ON THEM, their just as awesome as bamboo eating Pandas.

MotorTorque says there's enough room for a couple of kids in the back but how can they prove it ? Lets face it ,todays image conscious kids would never allow themselves to be seen in a Panda thus the theory that they would fit in the back can not be proven .

Well that's right of course. The parents working on a budget, should TOTALLY let their kids decide what car to buy. The kids would soon change their tone if they were offered a lift on a winters night, with gale force winds and rain, or according to you, they would rather walk.
