Big B, good job and great explanation. I would appreciate (and probably many other guys out there) if could show how to deal with a more complicated situation - broken tips of the catamaran and when top part of catamaran goes out of bottom one. You know, when you hit something on full throttle :)

Hey Big B I’m building a 49 inch Apache and I have a few old drill hole and stuffing tube hole I need to fill because I’m putting out boards on her.. do u have a video or can u suggest the best way to do it

This method will work to fill the hole. Feather out the hole on both sides (inside and out), use tape on the outside and fill the inside with epoxy and shredded fiberglass, let it cure out and repeat on the outside, sand to finish
