try to have the camera set with a manual focus and another camera set on you with an auto focus

What power is required to cut the material?

So cool!!! Yes, that would absolutely do the job! I love the sound...especially the crack when it does the border rectangle around each of the shades. I'd have to do a huge amount of etching with it to justify the $'s. If I get my aluminum parts anodized, I can etch them with the K40....I just need a good bit more Z height to fit the parts under the lens. Maybe I just need to start making a ton more parts to justify getting one of these. lol :) Thanks Roger!! -Mike

Something I just thought about.....maybe you mentioned it previously.....can this do rust removal? I'm not sure the real world application would be significant, but removing mill scale on steel parts might be worthwhile.
