I have non celiac sensitivity & quit smoking but before all that I also got fired from a job which I think brought on the extreme triggering. I have stiff muscles in my back and thighs which makes me sad because they were so jiggly before does the stiffness go away? I am up under some stress environmentally right now which may contribute too.

Are you able to get massages at this time? That can help a lot with the stiffness. I found that’s the best thing to quickly resolve the stiffness, along with lots of yin yoga. You can also try rubbing the muscles that you can reach with a therapeutic balm: I have a recipe for one that you can make yourself.
