I had a nurse tell me Progesterone helps with Fibromyalgia?? I wonder how that works?! I’m desperate as I just realized I have Fibromyalgia after 3 1/2 years of suffering with “long Covid”… 🤔🤦🏻‍♀️ I can’t breathe right, I get worked up and it just makes my “asthma” worse! Never had asthma my entire life. Conveniently diagnosed with it a year after Covid.. 😒 I am a new subscriber to your channel. I am tired of suffering. I don’t have a lot of body pain that most people speak of. I do get cramps and knots in my shoulder muscles, neck and lower back. Sometimes I’ll just be standing in the kitchen making dinner and my mid-lower back feels like it’s burning my muscles hurt so bad. I also had childhood trauma that went on for 9 years. I have heard that trauma, especially childhood trauma can cause Fibromyalgia. Anyway, I appreciate your channel and any advice. My biggest symptoms are my respiratory system, as I also have severe congestion. Also food allergies/sensitivities, fatigue, brain fog, memory loss, anxiety and depression. ❤

I have fibromyalgia, and it got worse 2 years ago after getting covid. Vitamin C and especially vitamin D helped with energy and breathing issues. Also, I stopped eating dairy products and no more congestion/phlegm. Hope this helps and best of health to you, I know how debilitating fibro is.

@ Wow! Thank you for your reply, and I’m sorry you have to go through it too. I Miss my raw dairy! 😣😔 I have been taking vit D3&k2 for a couple years now, along with Camu Camu powder for the vit C. Also Zinc and magnesium Bisglycinate because Dr. Berg talks about how the vit D3&k2 should be taken with magnesium for better absorption. Nothing has really helped. I have noticed if I do calming exercises/stretches it is making a HUGE difference, which leads me to believe a lot of this is a central nervous system issue. Maybe one day I’ll get better enough to go for a friggin walk… 😑
