Thank you SOOOO much for this video follow up. I found out that I have 3 fibroids this March with 1 intracavity. I was recommended the HR but I read up on it and was so confused because like you I am of child bearing age and if I were to try without it, it might be harder. Plus like you, I am tired of the symptoms of cramps and heavy bleeding. I would be frustrated like you if I did the HR and the results are still the same! I let go of the BC in May because it was not working and my periods were longer and more frequent. Now without it, I have less pain days (still trash tho lol) but super heavy flow for less days as well. Possiblity due to using hema plex for more iron, Jarrow CDG to help with estrogen excess and adaptogen capsules from Vitamin shoppe to help. It is such a struggle but I pray that yours will get outta dodge! The depression is so real and I talk to my husband and family members who face the same battle. My mom was a fibroid factory as well and her myomectomy was published (close to 30 fibroids!) but unlike us she had 3 kids by 35 and her surgery 3 years before her menopause.

This was me. Always bleeding always cramping they tried a lot of things on me that didn't work!! I'm 44 on Friday and I'm done having kids I couldn't get pregnant anyway. So I had the hysterectomy and they found out I had adenomyosis, and fibroids they never knew about the adenomyosis I always thought it was just fibroids and it wasn't!! Adenomyosis is severe cramping and bleeding all the time I think you may have it too. I'm no doc but you sound like me. I feel so much better. You can alway adopt!!! Get rid of that

Have you contacted Dr. Akilah, a naturopath? She shrank and ultimately got rid of her own fibroids. Her videos are on KZbin.

Hello. Thank you for sharing your story. I also have fibroids. You should look into alternative treatment for fibroids including lifestyle change. Western medicine focuses on treatment rather than addressing the cause of fibroids, which is often diet and environmental sources. I’ve had some relief by adopting a vegan diet and removing inflammatory foods/drinks such as alcohol, caffeinated beverages, and processed foods. Acupuncture, uterine massage, castor oil packs, vigorous exercise/ belly dancing, juice fasts, and Vit D supplements are among the alternative approaches that have been effective for uterine fibroids. I would also recommend ceasing birth control pills, which are often heavily estrogenic and can stimulate fibroid growth. I would also recommend seeing a naturopath. Btw, I am a medical doctor. Please search the web to read about some of the resources above. There are a lot of resources. Hope this was helpful.

+lj: I agree! I do many of these things. After being briefly pregnant at the beginning of the year, I found out that I have a large fibroid the size of a newborn's head, a small fibroid, and maybe adenomyosis, too. (I have NO pain or heavy bleeding.) I hired a Naturopathic Doctor, an acupuncturist and a chiropractor. I do castor oil packs most nights, take systemic digestive enzymes, supplements, a few herbs as I can handle them, sunlamp, relaxation. I eliminated parabens and most plastics. I'd already reduced my caffeine by 85% which was the major cause of my estrogen dominance. I loved raspberry leaf tea, but could not tolerate it every day. There are scores of vlogs here on youtube where ordinary women swear it reduced their nightmare bleeding and gave them their lives back. My reproductive cycle, which used to be reliable, is still in a tailspin. I've only had one ovulation in 5 cycles, the estrogen buildup from anovulation was becoming overwhelming. So I finally began taking topical progesterone cream during the luteal phase because my body was not producing any. Wonderful stuff! I stopped being weepy, my breast pain disappeared, I felt more balanced. The large fibroid has not grown in the 4 months since I had ultrasound imaging of it. Since I'd only been on progesterone cream for a week, I take it as a good sign that the OTHER estrogen-reducing actions must be working.

I honestly feel you. Unfortunately not many specialists really know much about how to really handle Fibroids. I have been living with Fibroids for 14 years. Initially, I bled continuously for so long and so heavily, and had so much pain that I could barely walk. I eventually met a gynaecologist who specializes in Fibroids surgery and management. I was about 30 years at this time, not dating, but with no other option, he went ahead with the surgery. Luckily, I met my husband a few months later, went back to the specialist who took us through a series of fertility treatments. I have 2 kids now, my youngest 8 years. Each time I have my kid, he always remove multiple Fibroids. They have always grown back and at about 4 years ago all the symptoms came back, now we have relocated from my home country to Canada, no access to my specialist. Apart from continuously taking my birth control pills as advised, I found a Chinese herbal remedy that worked so well for me. Now my heavy bleeding and clots with extremely painful and irregular period is very controlled. If you're interested in trying it out contact me at youngafricansindiaspora@gmail.com. I will give you the info, plus other tips that have been very helpful to me. Good luck!

Have you heard about vaginal steaming? You need to use the right herbs. I would stay off the pill. I went on a. 20 day sherbet raw food only cleanse and my fibroids started degenerating. Consider alternative medicine. More fruits and vegetables and cut out meat and dairy

My situation was just like yours in the beginning i constantly bleed for almost two years straight ! I had symptoms since 2014 but didn’t get diagnosed till 2016 my first surgery they couldn’t get all the fibroids out but my period correct n came every 28 Days But was still causing infertility I just got them all removed March 9th so far I’m in the clear by fibroids do grow back ! Before I decided to get another Hysteroscopic myomectmy I was gonna get a UFE ( Uterine fibroid embolization ) it’s a very non invasive surgery the chances of fibroids coming back is very minimal I think you should look into tho that procedure I’m sorry yu going through this

You are telling the same story that I am in right now! I am 47. I have had them forever. I waited and waited too and kind of regret it. Why? Perimenopause has the same symptoms, so it's DOUBLE! I have been bleeding off and on since November and now straight since January. I am scheduled for my hysterectomy in April. I had a D&C, it didn't work. I was put on BC pills and estrogen. Hot flashes, bleediing still, etc. I really feel for you because you don't have kids. My sister was the same. She had no kids and had to do the whole thing because they ended up affecting her KIDNEYS! So very sad.......I pray that you find a remedy that works! PS....I was going to do the embolization, which cuts the blood supply. What about that???

Hello. My name is Melanie. I know that this video was made 2 years ago or so and I don't know if you found a solution for yourself but I am 34 years old now and have had a huge fibroid for a few years now. I have went mostly vegan and only eat cheese from time to time. I do not eat any meat and I have been able to make the symptoms subside other than the heavy bleeding. I've tried apple cider vinegar which by the way made me bleed even more so I do not drink it but I will clean my vegetables and fruits with it. I barely drink wine and I have been drinking fresh organic veggie and fruit mixed blends. I am still in the phase of finding what stops the heavy bleeding. I hope you get this. If so then please give me an update on your situation so that I'll know you are alright. I will save this post and get back to you when I have found something if you have not already. Take care of yourself and go green!😄

I know the feeling! I had my tumors removed last year, I'm afraid that they are going to come back. It's very depressing. how soon did you tumors grow back?

I’m going through the same thing but it’s been less than a year for me. I had them removed January started bleeding in may found out my fibroids are back in June and I’ve been bleeding since may non stop. I also found out I have a tilted uterus and hyperthyroidism along with anemia. I literally cry everyday from either the pain or the thought of having a hysterectomy and never experiencing pregnancy. Everybody always say God had the final say but what if this is him saying no you won’t ever conceive. 😭😭 I’m lost and confused and I lost hope in doctors because no one have answers and I’m tired of ultrasounds and blood work.

Im sorry to hear about it,i hope your in good after all that surgery you had. But did any doctor advice you about healthy living, like plant base diet, no animals and oil food ,just plants, fruits cause ive search foods that help shrink fibroids and also helps fibroids getting bigger . but the thing is it makes you suffer and struggle again of heavy bleeding, cramps then its hard but hysterectomy is the solution.thats the procedure my 1st ob suggest well its hysterescopy byvthe way ,but she said since im 46 and can't bear child she told me to remove my uterus, its easy for them to say it,but for us the patient though yes i don't have any plan of having a baby cause if my age,but its hard and hurt to know an organ of your body will remove and it will never take back to your body anymore, right ? So reconsult to diff ob and she never bothered on my age she just suggest ,lets do hysteroscopy which the procedure opt to.as of now im still preparing for it bcause im still bleeding, she will inject me a medication to stop my bleeding ,and its cost much before they do the operation.is that also they did to u since u mention every other day u have bleelding ?
I had a supracervical hysterectomy....
