dont forget syphilis, the usual cause. corresponding with penicillins invention and wide use along with vaccines everyone thought the vaccines were working while the penicillin was actually CURING. vaccines masked the symptoms but syphilis causes tuberculosis, poliomyelitis, hepatitis, macrothrombocytopenia/leukemia. we've been pathogen primed, usually shows up when your immune system is weak, when older. congenital defects meant to shorten our lifespans. less SS. Syphilis causes almost every disease and defect. that's why they used to test for it before marriage. now they make money off of them.

after I was treated with penicillin my depression anxiety muscle joint pain hair loss thyroid hormone issues, back foot pain, utis, chronic upper respiratory infections, infertility miraculously disappeared. then I got curious. the problem: cheap unreliable testing methods if docs deny false positives and negatives while testing, we were all screwed. use PCR. Err on the side of syphilis. a little penicillin never hurt. ok it did but worth it. but doctors don't cure the "manage" symptoms.

Take it for a week as I did and I began feeling more energetic and clarity of mind mildly euphoric also as it was absorbing into my cells. Read psalm 91 it helps me a lot in times of torment or watch a great 'Tom Loud'(channel of the same name) short video on youtube called 'psalming'(just type 'psalming' next to his name) which in simple terms will change your life for the better Amen🔥👑🕊

JJ Med, very informative video. You delivered intense breakdown of this "disease". I suffer from Spinal /Facet Joint Arthritis, throughout my spine , sites of Stenosis, SI Joint Inflammation, arthritis in my hips, worse in my knees and into my hands as well. Due to all my chronic pain and chronic anxiety (They go Hand in Hand), he diagnosed me with FM. I just started to take 5 HTP (after doing much research), at night. I'm being cautious because for many years I've made myself a Guinea Pig with a cabinet Full of Supplements : Proelytic Enzymes, Mushroom extracts, Grapefruit seed extracts, Turmeric, Ginger, Cinnaman, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Various Amino Acids, Probiotis and Prebiotics, and more. I'm 70 yo. I fractured my right femur in 1966 playing HS football. That fracture resulted in a 1" shorter right leg which was left Unaddressed for many years. Boy, was that a Mistake. That Leg Length Discrepancy has Wreaked Havoc with my Spine, and hence my Well Being. My first Cervical MRI in 2012, showed that I had a More Narrow Than Normal Spinal Canal. I am convinced that the narrow spinal canal, mixed with the degenerative disc disease (DDD), and sites of Stenosis and the Dextroscoliosis (25 Degrees), which has greatly impacted my Central Nervous and Peripheral Nervous Systems has produced the FM. I am currently weaning off Gabapentin , weaned off Prozac months ago, and I am willing to Try Anything to get out from the Hell Hole of Fibromyalgia / Anxiety / Chronic Pain.

Find yourself a shaman or someone with lots of experience within the field. Don’t do it alone. I guarantee you will awake from your first journey a new person. It’s not about eliminating the pain it’s about accepting it for what it is. The medicine helps but you need to believe and do the work.

Helloooo....the mitochondria. I don't have any energy. Limited amount of ATP. Like a zombie. This needs to be treated otherwise all of this stuff that is given to us won't help. It's b.s.. I am a biochemist here and I have studied pharmacology in grad school. Serotonin is not the only reason we are fatigued. We literally do not produce ATP and NADH in our cells!!! @@elementalsfourheaven3401 I read your comments and I don't disagree nor agree and not because you are wrong or right. ME has more of a sleep disorder association with the lack of Slow Wave Delta Sleep due to Alpha Wave Intrusion. Some studies have shown that in FM patient there is a connection to human growth hormone from the hypothalamus which is a small region of the brain. It's located at the base of the brain, near the pituitary gland. While it's very small, the hypothalamus plays a crucial role in many important functions, including: releasing hormones. These hormones play a crucial role in the body recharging its self during deep REM sleep which patients with FM do not acheive. Without Restorative sleep we are exhausted and not just tired like working too long or staying up to late. Our bodies cannot recover energy which is what we need to feel refreshed and ready to go when we wake up. No matter how much sleep we get we cannot achieve the energy we need to operate as normal. We try to explain this to friends and family but they just think oh that person needs a vacation or needs to get to bed earlier. Now not everyone with ME has any muscular wide spread pain or depression or other symptoms that they can account for. That being said, in my situation I have all symptoms of FM and ME which I personally believe are the same as each other because the initial causation is a sleep problem that has a nurological associaton. Many of us with ME / FM and or just symptoms of ME without pain try to pin point how, what, when triggered our mysterious illness. Some of us received a vaccination, some had early childhood trauma, some had physical injuries such as automobile accidents, and other potential life altering issues that could have what I think set off our illnesses. I do not believe we just got sick I believe we were born with our illness and something triggered our sickness. If you have never had a sleep study polysomography you should have your physician send you for one. Restorative Sleep is so necessary and plays a hugh role in everything we do to surrive. The lack of restorative sleep beings on pain and with a vicious cycle of nonrestorative sleep 24/7 the body is in pain and eventually the body comes to realize it will never escape this life sentence and it becomes depressed. Some doctor's believe FM / ME is FIRST a depression related issue thus depression causing the pain and then the insomnia however I think they have it backwards. Its the story of what came first the chicken or the egg. How can there be chickens without a chicken laying an egg? The term Chronic Fatigue Syndrome has been used to describe people who feel tired but ME Myalgic Encephalomyelitis is also at times believed to be the same thing. Eventually the name Fibromyalgia will be changed to Central Sensitization. FM is the Greek name for Fiberous tissue / Malgia is the Greek name for pain. When I said 100's of years we know that FM can be dated back to at least 1820 and because medical records were not so well kept further back then that I would suggest it goes back as far as humans have been alive. Fibromyalgia tender points were discovered in the early 1820s. The condition was initially called fibrositis because many doctors believed pain was caused by inflammation at the sites of pain. It wasn't until 1976 that the condition was renamed fibromyalgia. Unfortunately there is no inflammation with FM from what science thought. My theory is that ME and FM are one of the same conditions but not everyone has all the exact symptoms as each other. I hope my comments have helped even one person better understand our most mysterious illness and I certainly hope that sooner than later we all wake up one day a see that science has made the most precious miraculous medical breakthrough ever. God Speed to all my fellow people who so greatly suffer.

I was diagnosed in 2002, after three years of investigations by various doctors and being told it's in my head MANY times. from a persona intimate experience avenue, this is something people who do not have it simply cannot understand, they hear pain and have differing understandings and imaginations of what that means in regards to their own experiences of pain, but it's nothing like they imagine. I'm at a point now I simply cannot remember what it was like before it started, so even I can't really explain it now as I no longer have a reference to example from. but, at the lowest level I sit at is akin to the aches you have when you have "the flu" or a bad cold, and then, given different things, be it seasonal changes, stress event, doing too much (which varies constantly and inconsistently) and sometimes, for no reason I can ascertain, it can change a little or a LOT, the high levels are.. intense, it feels as if my bones ache, you have sore spots and areas that move, morph, phase, something like a cross between a plasma ball and a wax lamp, sometimes it's so much that it just becomes a thick fog of pain, everywhere. then there is brain fog. it's like being stoned without the fun parts combines with being drunk, you get stupid, it's like trying to think through syrup, but it also HURTS to think, you brain loses the ability to connect words and even concepts at times. then throw in skin and light sensitivity the very air touching your skin HURTS, it burns, and even an electric sensation, all combined and phasing into and through each other. there's weakness, pulling muscles for no darn reason and more, one forgets some of it until you're in the thick of it. it is a hellish existence. not all fibro sufferers get the same symptoms, a lot have other conditions that make it messy to know which is which symptom. so it's hard to compare to each other and to understand each others experiences of the syndrome.

@@edensmith206 in my 20 years of going through this, I've tried all sorts of treatments and drugs, and the only thing that has any constant effect, is hot showers. it calms the whole mess down for a while, as with everything else fibro, to different levels. but generally it's a decent improvement. for a while. pain killers mostly do little, and those that do much tend to make you tired or high (which I simply do not enjoy at all) so I take low doses. at most 30mg codene x 2 tablets. no more and that I won't take more than two days running. it's too easy to build up tolerance otherwise, and too risky to form an addiction. so it's hot showers and some anti inflammatory like voltaren (also max 2). and learn the arts of distraction when at home. be it games on pc/console or something you can get into deeply so that you don't notice you're suffering, until you can't ignore it, then hot shower again. heated pools also great, with light resistance exercise while soaking I tried low dose naltrexone, it worked well for about six months and then slowly got less and less effective till I gave up. the thing to remember no two people with fibro symptoms have the same symptoms nor react the same to treatments. so keep your mind open and try them all. but, before tying any, be sure to read up on as much info as you can for each drug, especially for side effects so you can go into trying with eyes open and knowing there may be bad experiences. some I have been unwilling to try because the potential side effects are terrifying. be aware and be careful.

Approved Drugs People with fibromyalgia are typically treated with pain medicines, antidepressants, muscle relaxants, and sleep medicines. In June 2007, Lyrica (pregabalin) became the first FDA-approved drug for specifically treating fibromyalgia; a year later, in June 2008, Cymbalta (duloxetine hydrochloride) became the second; and in January 2009, Savella (milnacipran HCI) became the third. Lyrica, Cymbalta and Savella reduce pain and improve function in some people with fibromyalgia. While those with fibromyalgia have been shown to experience pain differently from other people, the mechanism by which these drugs produce their effects is unknown. There is data suggesting that these drugs affect the release of neurotransmitters in the brain. Neurotransmitters are chemicals that transmit signals from one neuron to another. Treatment with Lyrica, Cymbalta, and Savella may reduce the level of pain experienced by some people with fibromyalgia. Lyrica, marketed by Pfizer Inc., was previously approved to treat seizures, as well as pain from damaged nerves that can happen in people with diabetes (diabetic peripheral neuropathy) and in those who develop pain following the rash of shingles. Side effects of Lyrica including sleepiness, dizziness, blurry vision, weight gain, trouble concentrating, swelling of the hands and feet, and dry mouth. Allergic reactions, although rare, can occur. Cymbalta, marketed by Eli Lilly and Co., was previously approved to treat depression, anxiety, and diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Cymbalta's side effects include nausea, dry mouth, sleepiness, constipation, decreased appetite, and increased sweating. Like some other antidepressants, Cymbalta may increase the risk of suicidal thinking and behavior in people who take the drug for depression. Some people with fibromyalgia also experience depression. Savella, marketed by Forest Pharmaceuticals, Inc., is the first drug introduced primarily for treating fibromyalgia. Savella is not used to treat depression in the United States, but acts like medicines that are used to treat depression (antidepressants) and other mental disorders. Antidepressants may increase suicidal thoughts or actions in some people. Side effects include nausea, constipation, dizziness, insomnia, excessive sweating, vomiting, palpitations or increased heart rate, dry mouth and high blood pressure. Studies of both drugs showed that a substantial number of people with fibromyalgia received good pain relief, but there were others who didn't benefit. Lyrica and Cymbalta are approved for use in adults 18 years and older. The drug manufacturers have agreed to study their drugs in children with fibromyalgia and in breastfeeding women. read up on side effects before deciding.

Keep shoulders raised and close to neck, do not wear bras. Always sleeping on the back and immobilizing the arms with pillows under the shoulders eliminates the traction of the suprascapular nerve. Limiting external shoulder rotations and arm movement can be a way of diagnosis if pain / fatigue subsides and helps relieve symptoms. The entrapment of the suprascapular nerve in the scapula produces traction on the brachial plexus. As a defense, muscle contracture is caused in the back, neck and jaw to avoid root traction. As a result of this, myofascial pain as well neuropathic pain of the brachial plexus and trigeminal appears. Fibromyalgia occurs when the local muscle contracture is not sufficient to prevent damage to the tracted / affected nerves and the body attempts to adopt a fetal position to protect the upper trunk. Movement against the fetal position of the body causes pain. Trigger points are the counted muscles, used to adopt the fetal position, and when forcing them, they produce micro-tears of fibers, triggering generalized pain. Thumbs up if it worked for you. Unverified, non-medical.

I had continued traumatic brain injury during a physically abusive marriage and lost “ processing speed”, but the rest of the test stayed above average. I take 200 mg of tyrosine for new tropic benefit, but I wondered if you could suggest anything that works with the brain for the ability to process faster. Explains why fibro flares happen with stress!! Low dose naltrexone for Fibro has improved my energy, brain sharpness, mood and pain. However it does worsen sleep and anxiety. I find 5HTP or SSRIs cause breathing issues due to airway reflux (Raynauds knocked out my LES function) so these aren't an option for me. So far, Low Dose Naltrexone each night has been most helpful. It has upregulated my immune system so my associated autoimmune issues (interstitial cystitis, endometriosis, EDS) are much better too.

GABA helps too, especially if your norepinephrine is high and you are having a flare. Much like bipolar and diabetes, you get to regulate your own levels. Lol. Yay. Go me….If it’s pain from a depressive spell, the 5thp is invaluable, but cessation helps with that 60 day plateau. I take Kanna and Motherwort and Skullcap, but be careful with Skullcap, it actually can give serotonin disregulation.I don’t know why, but I think it had to do with cessation of several other stimulants around the same time like caffeine and add medications. I wonder if all of us really studied the half life of the substances we take, we’d fare better. It’s rather complicated isn’t it?

I've had it since 2000. Ironically I had been on a higher dose of Prozac for a couple of years before. I have ocd and they started me on lithium than zoloft to Prozac. I felt so flatlined in emotions that I quit taking it faster than I was supposed to. It was probably only months later I started having symptoms. I'd never heard of FM. It started with burning hips and legs arms that felt like they were made of lead. It was exhausting. My husband had put me thru some things. But I also had 3 kids, lived and worked on a farm, and just thought I'd overdid it. I've been I. Many meds but the one that probably helps more is tramadol. It was somehow different. I've had a lot strong without much relief. Magnesium malate helps a lot! You'll notice more when you run out of it. My anxiety levels get bad. I stopped going places unless I had to. Brain fog isn't fun, as well as fatigue. But it's 2 am and I'm awake but tired. I'll be up by 6 I'm sure. I recently have been having trouble with my eyes. It can come and go during the day. I just happen to read on a pamphlet in my Dr's office that that's a symptom. If you sit too long you turn to stone, but don't overdo it either. Try for the sweet spot. I used to describe to people that I turn to stone and feel like a big bruise. If a child taps my legs or my pup jumps up on me it's like they pushed on a deep bruise. Another thing. When I went on an estrogen patch a few years ago I told my gyn that I swore it made my fm symptoms extremely worse.

I think the Fibro... cause low level of serotonin, because Fibro... cause stress which will reduce serotonin. Increase serotonin not reduce pain , just reduce the sense of pain. The sense of pain is important of the human body operating. In this way the human system will try to cure the pain. so low serotonin is the result not the cause.

I’ve had Fibro since age 3-4, soon after my estranged father (rotting dead now) met me and tried to strangle me to death for yelling at him to quit beating the living snot out of my mother and sister. Soon after I was on the floor BEGGING mom to *cut my legs off*. I was misdiagnosed in 1985 (age 6) with Muscular Dystrophy- a DEATH SENTENCE. I was given 400, then 800mg ibuprofen for *years* while strapped in a wheelchair and “poster-boy” for a disease I NEVER HAD. At 18 I had access to the Internet (1997), found I met no MD symptoms. Square One. Went to EVERY specialist 3 times, did 3 killer 20+ session each rounds of physical therapy. I doubt this video mentions that according to everyone (professionals) PT and light exercise helps only 15% of patients. I’m 43 and due to my doctors’ giving up and/or retiring, in the worst pain ever. I want Heaven. Tried every drug in this video. Methadone helped most with a 4x/day Vicodin (then Norco), with open permission to “double up on the Vicodin if it’s bad.” My newest pain doctor picked up writing my methadone though cut Norco (this “opioid epidemic” is bull. Pure bull. If JUNKIES WANT TO DIE LET THEM. Narcan can reverse an OD in seconds. I NEVER abused my medicine. Methadone and Norco fill-in pain receptors in those WITH chronic pain. It is ONLY those without or a low level pain that ever get “high”. Let them die, because the paranoia surrounding what WORKS has scared 90% of doctors from prescribing ANY. That means zero relief. Zero. I’ve been on methadone over 20 years safely to help. Norco was cut 5-6 years ago 100%. My pain doctor (specialist) overheard me ask a nurse if other doctors were available to see at their practice and assured me they had others. Upon hearing this, my doctor FIRED ME. A VERY SCARY MAN with multiple complaints about his attitude, dehumanizing, degrading, insulting treatment of his patients. Dr. Willard of Michigan Pain Consultants. He cut me off completely. Today is my last dose of the half-strength 2 week refill he called in. He had planned to try me on morphine. I asked 3 times “if this goes bad, will you put me back on the methadone as I’ve been?” He said “Yes” all 3 times. 10 minutes later, after overhearing me ask about a doctor transfer within Michigan Pain Consultants, he said in no kind fashion “NOW YOU NEED TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR!” He *cancelled* my RX’s for morphine or anything else. He knew my history. He took an OATH AND SQUELCHED ON IT ENTIRELY. I have NOBODY. Except the street that wants sex and cash. What???? The pharmacist I asked about this was disgusted!!! Very concerned! I have a separate (?) heart condition and a month of tests ahead as my arteries are spasming (equal to a blockage, but 3-8 minutes per episode, up to 17 a night. I now have Nitroglycerin that stops them in under 10 seconds, but many tests to come). What am I supposed to do???? He LIED! His pride was more important than MY LIFE OR HIS OATH. What do I do? I don’t want to die! I’m terrified! Terrified! And I NEVER admit when I’m SCARED, but I AM SCARED! What do I do now?

I have to travel a couple hours to find it, from a Michigan based company called LUME. They are 100% legit, high tech labs, professional labs that grow organically hydroponically and their stores aren’t your old-style head shop full of hippies- they are highly (extremely) knowledgeable and have several strains and hybrids and the purest, best tested pot you ask for. Each strain is labeled with the THC content beyond decimal points in accuracy (my last, now gone, has “19.07%” printed on the bottle. They have every range of potency from 6-7%-25%, and ask what type of condition you may have or what your goal is for medicine or fun or both. Very interesrinf, I found this video because I just bought a supplement that has 5htp+magnesium and b6 and I was looking for info about 5htp, I have fibro, I been taking the supplement for a feew days and wow its awesome, I dont expect to feel this awesome for a long time but I enjoy any time it last hahaha, I have found that also helps to take creatine and aminos, helps reduce fatigue and pain I just started excercising (Just 40min per day,) again and the recovery its so much faster

My opinion is safe and affective. I have a very close friend he likes to do one heavy dose trip (shrooms) every other month. And sometimes molly, And in between he only take 5htp to level his serotonin.

I think most psychedelics psylocibin, mescaline, LSD, DMT are serotoninegic in nature so I would leave a gap of at least a few days of 5 HTP use before and after psychedelic use

I’ve had fibromyalgia for 14 years now and I wouldn’t wish this reality on anyone. I don’t let it stop me because.. well I can’t. I work full time, I’m a single mom and I have too much depending on me. However, it’s excruciating to walk through life as a normal person when on the inside it feels like my body is attacking itself and no one but me can see/feel it. Shitty part is, I also have bi-polar disorder so I cannot take SSRIs or SNRIs. Although prior to my diagnosis, they did have me on them and a plethora of other prescriptions. Really none of them were impactful. Hot baths, reducing stress and meditation have been the only relief I’ve gotten over the years.

I may have fibromyalgia. I don't know for sure, but I will be scheduling an appointment with a rheumatologist soon. My symptoms come in episodes. All i can tell you when I have an episode I am in pain all over my body. My bones and joints hurt so bad. It is like I have a severe case of the flu. I am miserable when I have an episode. Yau'll I just hurt all over. It is not in my mind. I have been on Cymbalta for years and a mood stabilizer, Lamictal. I also take Trazadone to sleep and I take Synthryoid for Hypothyroidism. My grandmother has rheumatoid arthritis as well as my identical twin sister. Does anybody else experience these type of pain all over your body especially in your joints? There is sometimes that I hurt so bad I want to cry. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Was diagnosed 2009 with Fibro. Since then I have been on numerous medications. Currently on Cymbalta and Lyrica. I dont feel any better pain wise but it does help the depression caused by the pain. My best go to medication is good ol weed. Combined with copious amounts of CBD. Yea Im frequently stoned...but its way better than all of big pharmas pills. Id rather be illegally alive than legally dead ( btw its legal here now for recreational use thank God ). Someday i hope to be off of all pills but for now this is how it is.

You are flirting with a dangerous notion of information suppression which will lead to a dark age, just like 1000 years ago, with your non thinking and blind trust for the select few able to kiss enough butt to interpret Devine truths. Nothing is absolutely ever proven. In fact, not even laws of physics. Just certain things fit better and make better predictions, until some BETTER IDEA COMES ALONG! Everything, everything in medicine is merely theories. What passes for proof in chemistry and medicine, is idiotic to most mathematicians and people familiar with other proofs in physics....

There is WAYYYY more out there that you should worry about. This is educational and not treating the rest us as idiots like we are in the middle ages. The way that doctors practice medicine here is all controlled by pharma. Even the way professors teach. There is something very wrong when ONE doctor in a third world country can diagnose you while you need 10 here jumping from specialist to specialist meanwhile something as simple as vitamin deficiencies aren't even checked. Actually doctors don't even know much about nutrition. Its actually pathetic. So maybe you should learn from this and become a better doctor if you are really one. Also this just tells me how incompetent is my doctor.. when he hasn't paid attention in years to my chronic insomnia or acting quickly in preventing ANYTHING until some of the bloodwork comes out very bad .. there is no preventative medicine in this way of medicine. So having an adrenal crisis is find because they are all worried about having to see x amount of patients a day and have dont want to or can't put the effort in educating themselves further.
