I read Now We Are Six, and that was about it from the works of A. A. Milne. I just never jumped on the Pooh bandwagon when I was a child, and my kids didn't either. What I did appreciate was Dorothy Parker's splendid response to The House at Pooh Corner in her Constant Reader column back in the 1920s or 30s: "Tonstant Weader fwowed up "
