So as Long as the circles are touching the ult goes over anything?

Not necessarily. The circle around fiddle shows how far your ult can cast. Crowstorm is like flash in that when you use it, if your landing location is in a wall, it will land you in the closest spot. So as long as the circle around fiddle goes more than halfway over a wall, you will land on the other side of the wall. The other circle just shows how big your aoe damage will be when you land, but it doesn’t adjust to show if you will get over a wall or not
