Permit me to add, in law and when your appear in court as an Expert Witness, you would have done or worked on that particular Trade for 10 years and above. An expert is not on the basis of the degree you have obtained. That tells why generally you may have to work 10 years or more to be properly established. Of course, I also recognise the fact that there is always exception to the general rule.
