My friend, the Igbo apprenticeship system did not start after the war. It started in the 1900s when the Igbo youths raised in the villages sought greener pastries asnd moved to the cities. My uncle moved to Onitsha from our rural hometown in 1914. My dad joined him in 1930 and their other siblings and relations followed thereafter. After the war, the system continued. That’s the actual story. I must commend you though for the fact that you’re self-made. Keep it up, nwanne.🎉❤

Did you listen to him probably? he said the Igob practice it before the war, but it basically became more popular after the war in a way to help each other, always try and listen when people are talking before you drop your own comment, Thank you.

I am glad he succeeded. But this dude met a bad master. he is wrong for calling it slavery. it is just what his boss did to him. there are bad people everywhere. even in the university, a lot of sad stories exists between students and teachers
