I've been watching your videos for years. I tend to watch cooking vids and put my own spin or flair depending on what I have. I'm pretty confident in the kitchen but I'm always looking for tips on how to make stuff better. Your videos are like a guiding voice when I'm cooking if that makes sense. This looks so good. I've tried the one with chicken and fideo and my daughter's loved it. I usually use a can of tomato sauce if I don't tomatoes or onion available.
