Hi Stephen, thank you so much. Any advice you need just shout. We have been here 18 years now. Started the small holding/ homestead when our business went on hold at the start of the pandemic and now we are starting the build on another plot we managed to buy from the mayor. We sold the little massey but to our new neighbour - a young lad who is restoring it - We had to sell for a small kubota with hydraulics.

@@HomesteadingUncontained we’re seriously also looking at new Zealand 🇳🇿 I have a friend who made the move 16 years ago now he bought 10 acres for 💵15thousand dollars bargain started a milk herd and lives a amazing life..but we’re just looking at the min we own are cottage so wen we decide we’re to move we just need to sell..it’s exciting so thanks we maybe be picking your brains witch so nice of you

Hi There - your not too far away from us at all and our Daughter in law's family are just north of Montauban..... yes those posts are quarter Chataignier from the local cooperative. Our bigger posts are from a river bank reinforcement project that were left over on the job site so no idea but they are pretty chunky posts (20cm diameter and 3metres). If your down this way, drop in 👍🏻
