I am desperate to learn how to create multiple user logins and have an individual password for each person. I am a contractor that sub-contracts out work to multiple contractors throughout the city. I need to collect data from them (which is recorded on google sheets) individually and its imperative I know who each person is. Could you make a video please about how a beginner in coding and app sheets like myself could create a simple login page? It would be greatly appreciated if you could. I have searched high and low across the internet for someone that covers login/username/password set up, and I havent found one (in english) that explains it slowly and methodically. what if you were looking at Trucks, trailers and cars. Can you have it all in the one list but use different templates given they have different characteristics?

Great question! Yes, you might just change your form headers to have a characteristics column to add a data point for that information.

Is there a way that the default would be only take a picture rather than uploading from your device?

I believe it would always give you the option to do either as long as you provide it with the permissions to do so. Inside of AppSheet you are not given that control.

HELLO, I AM BUILDING THE HOUSE INSPECTION APP FOR WHICH I HAVE TWO TABLE. ONE IS FOR THE MEMBER DETAIL WITH STATUS - "INSPECTED AND NOT INSPECTED", SECOND ONE IS FOR THE DETAIL OF INSPECTION. SO, I WANT THAT WHEN THE INSPECTION IS DONE THE STATUS IN THE FIRST TABLE GET AUTOMATICALLY CONVERTED INTO INSPECTED, I AM TRYING TO USE A BOT : IF DETAIL OF INSPECTION IS FILLED THE STATUS GET AUTOMATICALLY GET CONVERTED INTO INSPECTED BUT AS IT IS TWO DIFFERENT TABLE IT IS NOT BEING POSSIBLE. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME WITH IT.

do you have a reference column in one of the tables tot he other table? if so you should be able to do a SELECT() Function to determine which row you want to change in another table with the bot.

@@AppSheetTraining Thank you so much, it worked completely fine. I have one more question to ask, while taking the picture for image we get two option either to take the photo or to upload. I just want an option in which one can only take photo and not upload. Is it possible? If no, is there any alternative to this approach.
