Polk has good size and is sneaky fluid in and out of his breaks. Also a leader. Think he could prove even better than expected.

Yes exactly, and I don't know why idiots are calling him Nkeal Harry that's absurd. But they hype up Coleman who runs slower lol smh. Polk is smaller than Harry and is way more athletic so not sure wtf they looking at

Polk kinda reminds me of what we lost when Jakobi left - a solid reliable receiver with great hands that isn’t gonna blow anyone away, but can move the chains and get chunk plays while occasionally breaking away for long TDs. I love it. Edit: I wrote this and then Phil made the Jakobi comp. 👍🏼

Better not put Maye until it is known that the line can provide a reasonable degree of protection.

He was the best deep field passer out of him daniels and Williams he also had the worst Oline then the three and a receiver who missed 4 games n had to adapt to new a offense n still made his way into the hiesman convo. Maye is our guy that's a leader cuzz he could've folded and gave up.

I know you are scarred from mac Jones getting sacked in a broken pocket. But mac was used to a clean pocket in college and he wasn’t mobile. Drake is used to a bad line and is very mobile, so I don think the line is as huge a deal with a guy like maye while with a guy like Jones it’s everything.

@@l2sky3 Maye is rugged and mentally tough. He is also just 21. He will be getting hit by more accomplished players. Brissett is a capable veteran who is knowledgeable with what Alex Van Pelt is looking for from their time together in Cleveland. Better to let Maye sit back and learn for at least the first couple of games this season. They can start Maye is truly doing better in practice than Brissett after the offensive line gets familiar with the new system.

In two years, Polk and Baker are going to be killing it with Drake. The future is going to be so amazing for the patriots. They drafted two really good receivers to help grow with the team. I think they will end up turning into a elite receiver in a few years.

There are video highlights of Polk that people haven't seen apparently of him taking it to the house just fine, everyone is obsessed over that one clip where the defender stopped him right before the goal even though that defender was 5 yards ahead of after that spin move he did so he had to run side ways to get away people are stupid fr

Yeah also forgot to mention that post players in basketball don’t translate to current NBA. Same thing with possession WRs. He won’t be a bust but he isn’t a game changer just like Jacoby. He will do the same thing as Douglas. He won’t be a top WR in this draft, Top WRs (3), Thomas, Legatte, Worthy, Coleman, and even Mitchell have higher upside than Polk.

Can we stop with jacoby myers crap. I swear some of these beat guys talk about him like he was welker or Edelman. Kid was faaarrr from that. He was "alright". Definitely not all that and glad to see him go. Why u might ask? For starters, he didn't like to get hit. Kid went right to the floor once he heard foot steps. Because he hated getting hit, his YAC was utterly garbage. Lastly, kid didn't score! So sick and tired of hear how good myers was and how Pat's shouldve kept him. For the amount he wanted and got, I would've let him walk to. He was not worth whatever he got in Vegas. Kid was worth 6 mil for a glorified number 3 receiver. So if we're comparing Polk to myers, I'd be worried. Very worried. We already have a decent receiver in pop Douglas. Don't need another number 3 or 4 receiver on the team especially after being drafted so high.

Your taking it too literally dude, they only mean his good traits like attitude, route running, catches every ball, very dependable. They already said Polk is more athletic and can YAC, fight through defenders, score TDs. They said suped up Meyers. Your like a female you hear something and start spasing out even tho there's more to it. More like can we stop with Nkeal Harry crap, cause that really doesn't make any sense.
