Being prepared for every possible scenario with children can add a lot of items to your loadout. Luckily, Amber Landry, Fieldcraft Survival Professional Mom explains in detail how she uses her Mobility Bag to show you how you can be more prepared.
The Fieldcraft Survival Mobility Bag is an innovative bag that will keep you prepared in your vehicle while strapped to the back of your passenger seat, or on the go when the Mobility Bag zips up into a backpack for maximum mobility.

If these Amber videos keep coming I might be able to convince my wife to put a little time into preparedness.

As a single man who loves preparedness, WOW! Thank you for another level. I've never seen anything like this. I want to be prepared to help everyone I know and love. I got some work to do.

Good video. Kids always wore a whistle when we went camping. It gave them confidence to explore near camp.

Color me impressed. This is probably the best preparedness video I've seen. Amber's understanding of real world small wound management is clearly experience-based and very common sense. How did she get so squared away?

Amber, I love your videos. Glad you are part of AmCon. I, too, have little ones and we always like to stay out-of-doors. I would like to recommend adding a quart/pint ziplock bag to your sawyer mini kit. If you are in an area without falling water the ziplock bag works nice to scoop the water up and then poor into the sawyer mini prefilter bag. I'm sure it would make it easier for your kids too. Also, whistles. I would strongly recommend the "Wind Storm" whistle. They're inexpensive, rugged and the loudest whistles on the planet, they also are the only ones that work under water. I love the nasal spray bottle as part of your kit, the sawyer mini back flow - syringe could work the same with water in a pinch. 2 is 1.

Very good presentation. I recommend to also carry Calamine lotion for poison ivy, oak, etc. itch irritation.

So I am a 20 year Veteran (US Army). My name is Ryan L Marcyes. I am a avid mountain biker and Walker hiker (not “supposed” run, because of my lower back). That’s not really this is about. Have you guys thought of a hip pack ( Burt pack) that we can use for MTBs and Hiking or just daily EDC use? I will tell I have had 3 different ones and they all suck… If I can give you suggestions to focus on. The Hip pad needs to be kinda big, maybe similar to mollie ruck pad. Also the waist strap should have some type of way to secure it to its self, like Velcro. Needs to atleast hold two water bottles and possibly a med kit, but separate from the main pack. That way you can use that for other useful stuff (food, repair kit for bikes, pepper / bear spray and space blanket weapon). Also two or mor places to store a knife, phone and money. I know there is a market for a great hip pack that can have multiple uses! God Bless you all and our Country. Remember to that pain is weakness leaving the body and to Live-Life-Loud. Thank you, Ryan L. Marcyes Stay Home Dad Ret. SFC USA

This was SUCH a great video. Thank you so much. I have stuff in my car but like the idea of how it is strapped to the seat and then you can also take it with you. I have a separate backpack in the car but also like how you have this organized. Great 👍 Loved how you talk also about how you put it into practice/what you tell the kids. 🍍

This is really cool. After Covid, my wife is on board w preparedness. I'm sure she'll love this. (Btw, I'm new to your channel and am assuming Amber is your wife. If that's the case, then God had been *generous* to you. She's clearly amazing)

Amber, Do one of your kids sit directly behind you and does the bag end up being in their space? Larger SUVs and small kids probably have plenty of space, but crossover sizes or as a kid grows, it could get in the way I'd expect. Most family cars already have stuff on the seat backs for the kids toys, books, drawing pads, etc. which could take some rearranging also. If you go to the park or sports practice, etc (somewhere you'd grab the pack) you typically would also have other things to carry also - the sports bag and camp chair, or a bag with food/water/jackets for the outing or mom has her purse or diaper bag - and either could also have her EDC firearm inside. How do you make the combination of bags work? Do the others go inside the space of this one, carry multiple bags, or delegate to the kids? Or does it get left in the car for these reason to keep it simple more often than not? That's where I'd see the differentiation of bags and duplication of equipment become worthwhile - where maybe this pack can go or is good alternative gear, but your primary gear is still the smaller, more specific kit that isn't as cumbersome with the rest of life that gets in the way. Or a BHRK in each type of situational bag. Just some functional questions for the real life - hopefully some good tangents for a follow-up video if we're lucky. Great Job!

Super Glue? as in OTC bought at any store Super Glue? Question: isn't that toxic to put on a open wound, regardless of how tight to get it closed?
