Mike, I love the idea of “capsulating” soft goods for organization and protection. I do this for all my hunting rigs for stealthiness while stalking. One suggestion, if I may, is adding a sloped transition under the shroud to eliminate the hard edge and avoid it hanging on something.

Absolutely fantastic. I have been wanting to add a tourniquet to my EDC gear, either on my person and/or a vehicle, but how to carry it properly was the question. Just like a holster for a gun, they go together. The steel clip is good, for regular belt carry it would be nice if a belt loop could be utilized instead of a clip, again like a good holster.

I can see great application for it in an overt kit setup, on a battle belt; however, my question would be, for conceal carry, how might it be able to be carried if you're already using something like the AIWB Tier 1 Elite, which already takes up a fair bit of room with the spare mag holder?
