While in overwatch league all the abilities of the teams characters match the colors of their team logos, this helps for viewers to understand which abilities were cast by which team. From the player’s perspective it remains the same but because we’re spectating both teams the abilities are color coordinated. Hope this helped!

you can tell because the healing orbs heal his teammates (in white) and the damage orbs damage the enemy team (in green). he also gets hit markers wit damage orbs.
