Myself and wife from Watford lol , we gave up on the media lies and said at 53 let’s go to places off the so called holiday traps . So we took off to Serbia kosovo Bosnia north Macedonia Albania , then Dubai next up China and this video has been superb thnakyou . Your younger than us and my advice which I tell everyone is don’t watch the news don’t listen to the lies and mix with good people work hard . The whole world is stunning with amazing people of all religions. Our lives have completely changed since taking this outlook on life we’re like 18 again lol Thankyou it was wonderful. If I remember correctly, the 144 transit visa has a condition, which is you cannot leave the province where you landed. That's probably why you almost got arrested in Shanghai. Hope you love your travel in China, if you do love it, maybe you could get a travel visa later so you could travel to the inland of China and experience different cultures and delicacies.

The 144-hour transit visa does have that condition, and we definitely learned that the hard way 😅 We loved our time in China and definitely want to go back with a proper visa to explore more of the inland and experience all the different cultures and food. We nearly ran into trouble with our 144-hour visa-free transit in Beijing. Basically, the night before our flight, we realized that our itinerary-with layovers in Kunming both ways-didn’t meet the visa requirements. Cue a frantic scramble to book new direct flights in and out of Beijing just hours before departure. It cost us a few hundred dollars, but everything worked out. 😅 We just subscribed and are excited to follow you along on your adventures!

I said they looked familiar, and they were on the news on October 9th. They entered Beijing on a 144-hour transit visa and could only stay in Beijing, but they went to Shanghai. The police found them at the Shanghai Hotel and asked to leave the country the next day.

Any Google service depends on user data. Since Google does not officially operate in China you need to use Apple Maps or the Chinese equivalent.

You shouldn't go china . China is still an authoritarian state with only superficial prosperity. You should come to Taiwan-everything China has, Taiwan has too. Moreover, Taiwan is a home of democracy and freedom.

Thanks for sharing! Taiwan sounds awesome and is definitely on our list. We did have plans to go last year and mapped out our whole itinerary but something came up. I think every place has its own vibe, and China’s culture and history are super interesting too. I’d love to experience both someday! 🫶🏽
