Sir, is secondary beam necessary for 15x15ft concrete slab? Or is there any special design for laying steel bars in 15x15ft slab without secondary beam?

If there is a partition wall above it then it is necessary to place secondary beam. Otherwise slab beam will suffice.

Sir what about secondary beams whose one end rests on column and the other end rests in a primary beam?
