Hey ya'll; this cover is now available on Spotify and Apple Music, and hopefully more places soon! As for if I'll do anymore Deltarune covers, that I'm not too sure about. I love the music a ton, but there's been a HUGE amount of covers coming out that I don't want to just try and hop back in until it either settles out or I can figure something out to help stand out a bit. (plus I stay busy with commission work) But I'd love to show more love for this amazing thing that Toby has made for us in the future!

This cover is amazing. I've been listening to this exclusively for about 3 days now. I think Richaad and toxicxeternity have the best soloing and technical play, jules I think does the best at mixing and pulling in more than just rock/metal, gametal thematically nails it and does amazing videos,but you fill covers with this awesome post-rock/melodic metal nostalgia. Awesome job! Excited to buy this one when out!

The actual notes of the song are being drowned out by the background guitar white noise real bad, man. And it's not just this cover, it seems like a lot of youtubers doing guitar covers any more are adding way too much to the song they're trying to cover it makes it almost indistinguishable. I mean, just listen to 1:40 . That part should be the highlight of the song, but the actual notes are so low and the background guitar is so loud that you can barely tell its Field of Hopes and Dreams. In comparison, your Hopes and Dreams cover a few years back stayed true to the song 100%.

1. Everything you said about this cover could easily apply to my Hopes and Dreams cover, especially considering the mix is far poorer and all the melody and intricate parts are lost in the high amount of clashing frequencies (i could write an entire list about what was wrong about that entire mix), also feels good to be told that something i did 3 years ago is better than what I can do now 2. If musicians didn't add their own parts and layers, then there's no place for someone to get creative with it (which is the only thing keeping VGM fun for me right now) and we'd all just blend into each other even further 3. mixing guitar in general is just hard to balance right I normally don't like replying to this kind of stuff but a lot of what I find interesting about covers anymore is just seeing how people apply their own personality to it. I get some people like to play it straighter to the OG, but that's just not how I like to arrange

So, I just startrd playing Delta Rune and I have no ides what the fuck is going on. (SPOILERS FOR FIRST 20 MIN) I made a character who (im assuming gaster) aborts. I then wake up as a fusionof Frisk and Chara. Aka Kris. I then meet up with edgy mcedgeface (who I dont know if its a guy or girl.. Actually I dont know who any one is. Is Kris a guy or a girl? The prince? What the fuck is anyone?) I then find Pajama Sam's enchanted closet and find an entirely different monster civilization sealed underground (which I guess is possible? But why so close to Mt Ebott?) I tried using my phone and Gaste REEEEED at me. I saw some pretty scenery, then great value brand Sans attacks me and I try to ACT/Spare him but idk how combat works in this so is it okay to kill inthis game or not? (Tell me if its okay and if I should, but not why. No spoilers plz) Anyway I havent kiled anyone yet but I stole some burnt cake and thats about as far as I've gone so far.
