Well actually it's not. The most deadliest and certain point to shoot animal is through its heart and lungs, because it's much bigger target than brains. I you shoot it to head, there is a possibility that it doesn't hit it brains and only wounds the animal.

im not a deerstalker, so please forgive my ignorance, but surely a headshot on any quarry is the most "humane" (for the animal lovers) way of disposing of an animal?
