I have lost all faith in the abilities and competence of the Police in the UK

I reported a historic crime, the act was against myself, the person was never found. Cumbria Police removed my guns and cartridges. They only itemised the guns, they didn't account for the cartidges. These were never written down so the cartridges were effectively stolen. Despite four independent Doctors and a Professor providing evidence they still have my guns.

Cumbria Firearms took my guns and cartridges. They wrote down the guns and never wrote down anything about the cartridges, that amounts to theft in my eyes by a Police officer. No apology offered.

Why did it take the Police 16 months to reopen yet it took the private sector just one day after lockdown ended.

Very sorry to say Cumbria firearms licensing dept. Or more specifically the AAC is far removed from these chaps. Despite numerous professional medical advice provided they appear to be more qualified than a Doctor or Professor.
