Thank you sincerely, Dr. Cathy Mayne, that's probably best the plaidoyer for hunting and the description of the mind of an environmentally involved hunter I have ever heard. You just explained my thoughts and feelings to me. -A Biologist and Hunter

What an enjoyable show tonight. I always enjoy the pieces from Ardnamurchan and today we were introduced to a new local hero, Angry Man. We've waited a while for him to put in an appearance and having now seen him one has to wonder at the sanity of those that think this will be in any way effective. I thought Dr. Cathy was excellent. Informative, open minded and using science (who'd have thought of using facts and science?) to fuel debate and influence decision making. Keep up the good work! PS I meant to say, I loved the Deer Killer Steam Engine Strap line. From Thomas the Tank Engine to Thomas the Terminator!

Thanks guys. Loved the deer. Never really though about fires being started by cinders.

Steam Locomotives in the US used to fit Spark Arrestors to prevent fires on the Prarie cornfields. I have also seen them in the Cuban canefields.

What the ecologist Cathy says is absolutely 100%. I wish everybody could hear that before expressing their opinion

Great show as usual. Glad to see Paul got his dogs back I hope some one was charged and will be going to jail. The deer segment was especially interesting. Thank you.

i am a suburban american i started watching these when my back kept me home bound i dont know why i find huting in the uk so appealing, i'm sure a spsyciatirst might be able to explain it, but i love watching these, the british i think are so much more civilized than americans, everything is a big party o americans they take everything for granted, like a bunch of big spoiled kids, i think your culture has a much more mature atitude about hunting and conservation

@@fieldsportstv there's no nutrition in that you'd have to be an idiot to feed that to deer. I don't even eat that myself...
