Its worth noting that the AI workers don't seem to "see" the stones. They work the field from start to finish with the stone picker. So if you stop them mid job they will start over completely. When it's full of stones unload it with a trailer but don't stop the worker. Once unloaded they will continue from where they stopped.

I've not had that experience. Whenever they get full they stop, I back up the trailer to the stone picker, it's dumps automatically and then the AI worker continues. I've also stopped them mid harvest and restarted them and they continued right where I left off so I'd guess your game is bugged. 🤷🏻‍♂️

@balzonyr4head it did the same time on fs22. I was hoping they would fix it but apparently not.

What video editing software do you use?

Would love to see a quick video looking into degradation/maintenance like the degradation rates under different conditions, the effects of degradation, maintenance costs etc. I feel like things degrade faster than they did in Fs22 and it's disproportionately fast on higher HP tractors

It'll be interesting to see the effect of stones video. For FS22, when I tested, motorized equipment didn't take more damage (which is fair, because you need to haul the stone picker/roller with something, and it would suck to be penalized for that!!), but it did increase wear on towed equipment, like seeders, harvester headers etc - I want to say it was about 10% adder. But then repair on those things is usually relatively cheap.

I didn't know you could unload the stone picker directly into a trailer. That's going to save a lot of time.

I have Stones turned off, would take way to long for my huuuge farms to go thru them with only 10m wide

The one thing I turn off. I only play uk maps and this is just not a thing in the Uk .
