Do we need an ipad connection to puck to save data or send to cloud to view later. Thought puck just sent, ?

Hi Wade, the iPad will need to be connected to cellular data or a wifi network to CloudSync in order to update your account information. The Drive sends data to the iPad from the monitor, the drive itself does not send the data to the cloud. Our support team is happy to troubleshoot with you if you need further assistance
