any thoughts on the combat overall? it doesn't seem like there's not a lot of back and forward or initiative to fights; does that observation as a spectator who hasn't played before hold any water?

yeah it's just a trade off whilst trying to footwork your opponent's swing

My man obviously never got max Blade for charging spin attacks and backstep stabs/overhead swings while perfectly dodging their weapon hitboxes. Oblivion combat can actually be pretty fucking sweaty with crazy movement skills.
