This is definitely gonna sound like I’m a hater but this is definitely not what nu metal “should have been” check out bands like cane hill or Darke complex (their ep) or ocean grove. There’s bands out there that sound like nu metal should and I wouldn’t call any part of this melodic, in fact it sounds like the tempo of the music and the singer are so far off at times I don’t think he’d be able to recreate it live because it’s absolutely no melody and I’ve been sifting through this bands work and while I give props to whoever’s playing the instruments; whoever’s writing the lyrics is writing like English isn’t their first language but they know some macabre sounding words so they just ran with overly typical way too straight to the point lyrics. I’m not tryna bash you or anything btw lol I just saw this comment and thought I’d point out that this is the furthest thing from nu metal. Lowkey it kinda sounds like all the parts where Aaron Pauley sings in restoring force by om&m just with no structure

Loving this! Has a 10 Years/Earshot feels but with a djenty edge updated to modern alternative metal. Loving it and really hyped for the new album. 2023 has given the 2000s metal a new blood and I'm truly sold here. Congrats. I am here waiting for the new realease tomorrow.

I just realized. How seeing a murder the 1st time even young age i knew changed my innocence for the better. But after seeing so many murders, i now realized how it also affected me with pain. ❤ Like my reaction when beaten up is different. Like a brother being "scared" of me when im defenseless and couldnt hurt anyone intentionally even when my life depends on it. Like ppl calling me crazy. All because of pain. I never realized became from witnessing sooo many murders. Sometimes the murderers. Sometimes remembering the blood. But in the end it was the fact of simply sooo many murders seen. the pain was eventually realized when looking back on my life & how it affected it. Why else would i react thay way if i wasnt in pain? Even without knowing my pain. My foundation remains true tho ✝️❤ because he went thru the pain 1st. Seeing/knowing it all before me.
