I'm editing my original because from first listen it's a banger. However, I then read the lyrics and being in a relationship with the love of my life after being alone for so long and now being a father to beautiful twins, these lyrics resonate so much since we're both struggling with our own anxieties and depression so we both go to therapy. The lyrics just hit that string for me and I just broke down crying. Thank you for this beautiful song.

When I discovered Fiends in 2019/2020 I've loved "Keep Me In The Dark" because that song doesn't stop beating, you think it's going to fall and it grows, mixing the smooth vocals and the screams. I kept thinking "it would be nice if they had more songs". It's a big change in this album from "Me Time", a change that I found strange in this song, but it's great. Now I don't know if I prefer a more aggressive Fiends, or a more melodic Fiends. I just know you guys have a lot of future, keep bringing something new and surprising. I hope one day to see you in Brazil.

Well I’m a massive loathe fan so you know I’m gonna think this sounds like loathe… but it’s actually better. Loathe tries too hard now to be different by making their master quality sound “raw” which just sounds shitty. This was the song I was wanting to hear from loathe and this band delivered it.
