Honestly, you may think you look shiny, in the video, I assure you that you do not! You look beautiful and natural. I started noticing issues with foundation around 20 years ago, how much it aged me, compared to my bare skin. I’ve been considering this concealer for some time, but decided recently to do some review research. Your video is definitely making me feel like I should go ahead and try it for myself. I’m used to the price, because I have never been one to use drug store brands. I don’t have anything against them, I think they are great. However, my skin has other ideas - so I concede to what it wants. Thank you for taking the time to make this video.

Thank you for this video Holly. I am 68 yrs old. Out of all the vids I watch I really believe you are sincere. You have the orange / yellowish on your eyelids and underneath. I do too. I haven't seen this anywhere b/4. Thank you so much. And I just received the Fiera concealer two days ago. I love it. A tiny bit really does go a long way.

I just saw an ad for this last night on fb and I never order on a whim I usually will look for reviews and reviews first.. I got 3 for same as 1.. I got a lighter and a darker.. & I love SEINT & I’ve always used cream foundation… I hope it glowy I like the glow .. I’m 49 post menopausal

Best stuff on the market especially for mature skin. I use it as a foundation.(I recently bought some cream foundation from Araza as a comparison).

Not to pile it on, but menopause is almost literally hell 😅 Especially with the hot flashes and night sweats. I’ve heard that HRT helps, so check with your doctor. ❤️

@@itshollynow yeah well I started having what I guess is the hot flashes. I'll just be sitting completely still and break out in a sweat and it even happens when it's cold in my apartment or outside! I thought at first that it was due to the weight I gained right after having my last (of five) children, but then I read that in perimenopause your periods not only can become more spaced out, but closer together and longer as well, which I was also experiencing. That happened for a while and now it's been almost two months since I've had even a short one. I am also on the nexplanon implant which is supposed to space them out and make them lighter, but I'm being close to the time to get it removed and get a replacement. I will be going soon so I'll find out what's happening then.

Hi there… I’ve been using this product for a while. It’s supposed to be set with a finishing powder very lightly on top which then gives you the Matt coverage. The company has a finishing powder or if you already have one you can use that but you just lightly dab it on and you get the nice mat look, it’s designed for women over 40 because it doesn’t settle into wrinkles.

I used a powder with it and it matted it down a little, but the problem I had with this product is that it started to look dry and crusty after a few hours. It looked really nice at first it just didn’t wear well. Thanks for hanging out with me. ❤️

Great review. I agree that radiant finish accentuates texture, but under the eye with a pink powder on top, it can work.

It's important not to use too much of this product. A small dab on back of hand is enough. Only apply where needed and blend well with brush. This helps avoid any sticky feeling. I really like this product and purchased it in 2 lightest shades, which are a great match for my fair/cool complexion.

I think this would have been better used as a concealer than a full-face foundation. Your natural skintone is more golden than this light concealer shade. My problem with Fiera is there needs to be a yellow based tone between the 'Bisque' and the 'Sand' shade, as Bisque is still too pale and 'sand', ( though more golden) is a bit too dark. I suppose one could buy Bisque and Sand and mix them, but these little tubes are very expensive. So come on, Fiera, let's have some more in between shades please.

I haven’t tried this yet (will order it soon!) but I usually use Araza’s coconut cream foundation (also a sticky cream loaded with skincare ingredients, like this) and I have found that if I apply it, let it set for a minute or two while I do my mascara, and then blot with a blotting paper, most of the shine is gone and I don’t even follow up with any powder. That might work here too to remove some of that excess shine! The only reason I’m even considering trying anything else is that I’m allergic to nickel and the amount of zinc oxide in the Araza does cause a little bit of irritation on my chin…hoping the titanium dioxide content of this is low enough to not cause the same (I usually have to avoid that too).

I hope this works out for you. I think it’s technically a concealer, but it worked out fine as a foundation for me, aside from not holding up well for long. I’ve never heard of Araza, I’ll have to look into it. Thanks for hanging out with me!

I had a complete hysterectomy in 1995 an I still get hot flashes !!! I love this concealer. I mix it with moisturizer and use it as a foundation ... I use over-the-counter products for the hot flashes .... if you use them---they will work !!!

Use the Fièra HD matte finishing powder, it takes the shine away and makes it last all day. Well worth it.

I've been seeing that quite a bit and have thought about trying it out. My skin tone is so weird tho and I can never get a right color. The only color that has come close is from Sweet Face Minerals in Pink Bisque.

Thanks. do you feel it's blurring your under-eye wrinkles like the Ad claims? your face looks great in the video but video can also look different than in real life. I ordered the 3 for $10 each, so I'm waiting for mine (ordered two different shades).

It was really beautiful on first application. It started to look worn and faded and broken up after only a few hours. Make sure you keep your receipt just in case it doesn’t work out for you ❤️

You add depth with contour, so that you get the same look on your face and neck. There’s nothing worse than putting a lighter shade on darker skin and looking pasty, especially as you age. Always go darker than you think.

Unfortunately I will never be comfortable until I get the exact right shade. I think it equally terrible to see someone with a darker foundation shade. Never fear someday I’ll find the perfect shade❤️

You can just put bronzer on your neck because if you match your neck you look pale. I find I do at least! I look 10 years younger if I actually match my foundation to my chest and then bronze up my neck.

No, I actually haven’t tried it just as a concealer, but when I used it as a foundation it mostly broke up around my t zone. I recommend you keep your receipt, that way you can try it and have the option to return it if you don’t end up liking it. Thanks for hanging out with me ❤️

I haven’t tried the powder. I used one of my own finishing powders. In my opinion powder isn’t necessary for any foundation. I use it just because I like the soft look it provides. 😊

It doesn't work for me because It feels too heavy and thick on my skin and actually looks like I have too much make up/foundation on. Make me look older actually. I wont wear it and will most luckily return it. Sorry.

It’s the lighting. If it comes across on camera that it’s shiny, that means it’s crazy shiny🤣 I’m always surprised at how old I look on camera and video. I went through menopause early (like really early). Your time may come (although I wouldn’t wish menopause on my worst enemy). Maybe try a chiropractor, I’ve heard pressure on a nerve can cause the feeling of cold😊 thanks for hanging out with me❤️

Feeling cold could be due to hypothyroidism, anaemia or low iron. You would need a blood test to confirm the levels of iron and Thyroid hormone so you know what the best next steps are. The best way to combat low iron is to make sure youre getting enough iron in your diet, especially as you're still bleeding each month. You can get plant iron from dark leafy greens like spinach and the more bioavailable heme iron you can get from organ meats and red meat.

Yes, but from some of the advertisements it looked like it could be both. That doesn’t really change my opinion of it though. In the end it was a little patchy and crusty looking by the end of the day for me. 😊

​@itshollynow From all the reviews I've watched about this product, it seems that it is very reactive to whatever skin care/moisturiser one has on underneath it. Because it already has moisturising skincare ingredients in it, it works better on a very lightly moisturised skin. Also, you are supposed to thoroughly warm the product between your fingers or on your hand before application ( i use the inside of my wrist as my palette ). Finally, I felt that you maybe applied a bit too much of this product, which is first and foremost a concealer, not a foundation, and if used as a foundation needs to e very sheered out on the skin. Even as a concealer, most reviews I've watched, women are applying way too much of this product under their eyes becuase they learn their makeup skills from teenagers on ticktock instead of from actual makeup artists like Lisa Eldridge or Scott Barnes. You have very good skin and you don't need a lot of concealer all over your face. I would have just applied a little only to the 'trough' area under your eyes, and some more around the nostril wings. Quite often when you apply concealer like this, you discover that your complexion looks instantly evened out and apart from a little 'spotting in' ( tiny brush application directly to individual blemishes) no other base is needed. I always begin a woman's makeup by applying concealer to the redness or discolouration around the nostril wing area, where nearly everyone needs help. Then to the darkest part of the bag or discolouration under the eye ( not the entire under eye area ). Powder should be placed strategically and never over the entire face. I agree that full glow on anyone over 35 or so is actually ageing as it shows every bag and indentation on the face. You looked lovely with your end result makeup, but again, I think you need far less product and probably less or a different moisturiser underneath to stop the concealer from separating or going patchy after a few hours of wear.
