30 days for pedophelia, but 30 years for insurance fraud?!?! Wtf is wrong with the justice system?! 😤
@cereliaadduci9438
@cereliaadduci9438 10 ай бұрын
I did some research 1, the 30 years prison sentence was for arson, insurance fraud, desecration of a cemetery and was given an additional 20 years for violating his probation. This means that the initial sentencing for violating a 7 year old was probation, only probation, if he had just violated his probation by missing a meeting, he would have only gone to jail for the 30 days immediately, the judge added 20 years because of the lengths he went to to avoid the 30 day sentence. The initial sentence was still only 30 days if he violated his probation. It was never 20 years for violating a child. 2 a suspended sentence means he was found guilty but was given a delayed prison sentence and put on probation and the judge will generally dismiss the case and not force the accused to serve the prison sentence if the comply with the probation, which makes this 10 times worse in my opinion. 3 I believe pedophiles deserve the death penalty and the fact that he was initially given a suspended sentence makes my blood boil. Probation for ruining a child’s life and robbing them of their innocence, but 30 years for faking his own death and insurance fraud in which no one actually got hurt 😤 that’s not justice and you can’t change my mind.

Ive been listening to Mr.Ballen for over a year now, never would I thought he would cover a story of someone I actually knew. I was locked up at Wallace unit ( texas prison in colorado city/ west texas )with Clayton for about 8 years in the same dorm. They call him goose in prison. Loves Harley’s, loves tattoos, and his a Luciferian in prison. I knew he had a sex related charge because he was known to be a sex offender but never did I imagine the whole story. Needless to say , almost everyone in there is guilty of severe crimes, but to know I played chess , talked to on a daily basis , and even worked out with him at the rec yard , would molest a 7 year old girl and dig someone up out of a grave and set them on fire, it’s unbelievable.

As a mother, I’m disgusted that our penal system values money over virtue: 30 days for the egregious violation of a child vs 30 years for (attempting…?) insurance fraud. WHY/HOW??!? In what world is this justifiable? Should be the other way around, if anything.

So many questions! How did no -one notice it was that Clay was the new boyfriend. Did no -one notice that a body was dug up? How can you have such a short sentence for child assault and a massive sentence for fraud. All bizarre, All fascinating. Thank you Mr Ballen 🙂
@tisjester

Yes many parts to this are missing, but those parts do not make for a good story. 1) he dyed his hair and stayed out of sight - so no real looks at the guy. 2) Oh they figured out with DNA it was not him 3) The child assault allegedly happened 8 years previous when Clay was 16. They had zero evidence. They pressured Clay into that plea agreement. 4) The massive sentence was not for the fraud. They revoked his 20 year suspended sentence on the plea agreement, and all the other crimes involved. insurance fraud, arson, and desecration of a cemetery.

I don't believe this version of the story is remotely close to being accurate. Sounds like it was significantly embellished for entertainment purposes. I'm pretty sure law enforcement never for a second assumed the body in the car was Clay.

Good Grief, what a story... And WHY is it that money crimes deserve an almost life-sentance BUT vile crimes such a child assault, are such short sentences...? Something is VERY WRONG with the justice system..... Another brilliantly told tale from Mr B. Thank you so much. Love, Mel in Devon UK xx🍰🌻
@tisjester
@tisjester 10 ай бұрын
Well now are you not one to not look at all the facts lol.. The why is because that is not what happened. the alleged child assault was 8 years previous (when Clay was 16) and they had zero evidence. Nothing is wrong with the justice system on this one IF you know the facts. Also the almost life-sentence was due to the revocation of the suspended sentence on the sexual assault plea. He was never convicted of sexual assault. They had no evidence so they pressured him into taking a plea deal.
