Day 17 of our 24 Days of Pilates challenge is a fiery Pilates routine incorporating thighs, waist, arms and abs exercises from the last few days of our challenge. This is a fun and challenging routine and I hope you love it!

Fiery is an understatement!!!! Pilates always finds the weak spots due to getting into the deeper layers!!!!! I thank you, Lottie for another amazing workout!!!!!!

Dipping into this a year later and enjoying them - I love how the episodes are all different lengths so I can pick short ones on week days and long ones at the weekend

This whole series has really highlighted my need for a refresher on the fundamentals. I’ve spent the past six months or so rehabbing from a chronic (been going on 5 years) hip/hamstring injury, and while I thought I was getting stronger, I clearly was not getting Pilates stronger. But maybe now I can restart my Pilates practice (after the challenge) with newfound knowledge about my body. ❤️ Thank you, again, Lottie, for this generous and illuminating series! ❤️

omg i cant believe its already day 17!!! i have been doing this everyday and also some of your other 30 minute pilates workouts and i can already see many changes in my body and i am loving itt! thankyou so muchh for this!

Fiery indeed ! I have finally caught up with your amazing daily routines after doing 2 a day to catch up. Very clever of you to have alternated a longish one with a shorter one - up ‘till now! I am with you all the way now, doing what I can and trying to do what I can’t. 🐒 🙏

I've discovered your videos this week after some gluten pain which has stopped me running so much and I have done a class everyday! I have always loved the idea of pilates, but have always found routines really inaccessible, either too easy or too hard - but yours are perfect 😊 thank you so much!

That was great! First time I’ve had the confidence to do some of the moves in their full form (plank jacks), this series is really helping me to feel strong!

Love your workouts!!! Please keep them coming. They are a great addition to my routine. I do them before a run for some strength building. Or when I can’t go on a run I just do these and I always feel so good. I actually enjoy it while I’m doing it. Thanks Lottie.

hi lottie. this is a FAB routine. I loved it. because it has variety and dynamism. I didn't do your original 21 days so this is a gr8 discovery that balances whole body really well. thank you. I loved this class even though I feel like a plank from doing so many!! I'm determined to overcome my body fatigue and muscle pain. Felt like crap yesterday, but today I have new energy and love it! Thanks Lottie, see you tomorrow! 👍💖 P.S. If you're having trouble with slippery hands and feet during planks or downward facing dogs then just use hands and feet bandages. Stops me slipping and helps me to concentrate on my form rather than struggling not to slip!

Wow haha really is such a fiery workout! I'm so sweaty but I feel so good! Your workouts are so refreshing even when they are challenging, I feel how I get stronger and how my body is working and i don't always have time to worry if I can keep going or not, I just do! 💖💖lots of love!

I love how you just innocently mention the by and by (there’s a bit of fluff on my foot etc) makes it feel less sterile and like I’m in the room with you.

gosh this was HARD WORK. my arms were struggling when doing the dips again haha. also when doing the moves on our side (both hips stacked) i find it really hurts the hip thats against the ground? less so today than when we did it before but yeah its hard. loved this though !! really wasn't feeling it beforehand but i'm glad i did it :) x

Dear Lottie, I've been training a lot with you BUT today's video seemed too fast towards the end and too hard when working the bridge. Despite my strength I still can't do one leg bridges at so all! I end up nervous cause I can't stand, my leg can't stay out long at all 😭 tell me, what can I do then? Is that a matter of weak muscles somewhere or is it more about technique? Please friends share suggestions if you have any 🙏❤
