lovely, really like your place. Came to your video via your Facebook post. Does this home have a kitchen? I didn't see it in the vid ... we didn't see the bathroom either however you did describe it. I know it's off grid, looks like delivered water and propane...correct? oh and the furniture, are you taking or leaving? I'd assume you'll take some and leave some. Thanks Mr Minnie

Nice kitchen & bathroom. We buy drinking water & wash water etc. is delivered. We have a simple 12 volt light system and 3 Honda generators for AC power. We're boaters and keep everything simple. Neighbors have solar. huge banks of batteries, water makers, satellite internet etc. etc. For year round living, you would want to make some changes. It's our hide-a-way, we usually make 3 or 4 two week trips a year. Once in awhile we we'll stay for a month. Summers are really HOT, we have no air conditioning. We don't go down July-Aug or Sept.
