I think it's the best, too. It's a real cold air intake, rather than an open cone sucking up engine heat. The cooler the air going in, the better the intercooler works. I added a silicone intake hose, too, just for looks. It does make for even more intake whoosh, and you can hear the BOV with the window down. It's too noisy for me, now. Time to delete the symposer!

My symposer is on the list of the next things to go, once you have an exhaust and intake, why pump in fake noise when you can have the real thing. I'm interested to see how the accessport and tune will effect the sound I'll find out whenever the mail man decides to come by today lol.

Drilled a additional 3´ hole in the ftont of the stock box. The stock one has better dirt and dust handling because of longer air travel. added a little air divider plate to seperate dirt and water in the bigger stock box. for this reasons i went back to modiefied stock box.

why not just cut the bottom, I mean fully open it, on the stock airbox ? Do you felt an improvement in performance with the new airbox ?

Isn't the top of the airbox and the S duct the exact same thing? Same part numbers and same dimensions?

A little late but do you need a tune in order to get the most out of this? I just got mine from whoosh and was wondering.

No stock tune should properly advance the timing from colder charge Air temps. Although to get everything out of anything a tune can be required. You are still going to get colder iats and more ignition advance as a result of it on the stock tune.

Did you have issues getting the front snorkel to clip back on? I can’t seem to get mines to clip together

Good dayIs there any chance that you could please list the actual Ford part no for the ST200 airbox and hose please that you ordered from Europe? I contacted about 4 local dealerships here in South Africa but they all seem to struggle to get the correct part no. I have tried for a week and I am now giving up on that. We did have about 160 ST200's allocated to South Africa all in Storm Grey colour so we should actually have these parts available locally.

ShadowZero27 Intake air temps are 1 degree above atmosphere i know alot of people put it behind the headlight but the datalog doesn't lie.
