Ford Fiesta ST 200 airbox

The difference between the Ford Fiesta ST200 airbox, and the standard Fiesta ST airbox. Exhaust clip of the fswerks Cat-Back exhaust on a 2017 Fiesta ST with a ST200 airbox installed. Exhaust clip of the fswerks race catback exhaust on a 2010 Ford Focus automatic. Hope I shared some useful information leave me a comment and I'll respond to you. Ford originally said they were not bringing back the fiesta in 2018. Well in the US market. It looks like they have brought it back for 2018 in the usa, but it's not the updated European version which has a totally different, exterior, interior, and different engine option.

This is an interesting airbox and I have seen it on Whoosh Motorsports. And... although everyone thought the Fiesta ST for 2018 was not happening, I am glad Ford decided to keep it around for another year.

I am interested to know whether you think it is worthwhile to add the ST200 airbox to a standard ST180. I don't have any other modifications yet.Any real benefits that you could share?

Gustav Jacobs With the stock air box you're only able to pull air through a area that has to go through the radiator, and AC condenser first. With the St200 air box you're able to pull air through a area that's not getting preheated, you also have dual air intakes with it. I still have the stock air filter in mind and have not a upgrade to a high flow air filter, but I do notice a little bit more turbo noise. I do feel like the car is happier.

Is there any chance that you could please list the actual Ford part no for the ST200 airbox and hose please?I contacted about 4 local dealerships here in South Africa but they all seem to struggle to get the correct part no. I have tried for a week and I am now giving up on that. We did have about 160 ST200's allocated to South Africa all in Storm Grey colour so we should actually have these parts available.

The stock air box intake orifice(pre-filter) has more surface area than the intake tube (post filter). Therefore I don’t imagine having an additional opening would give much benefit since the intake tube orifice is the limiting factor.
