Taking a look at some budget brake options for the Fiesta ST150. Upgrading from 278mm discs to 300mm, while also fitting under the standard wheels (without spacers)

Really enjoyed the vid! I’m in the process of refurbing and re building a set of front and rear st150 brakes for my 1.6 tdci. Looking forward to getting them and seeing the difference also got some braided lines too 👌🏻

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it. The braided lines are definitely worth it, It gives a much better pedal feel.

Have you tried Motul RBF for the fade? Mine used to get fluid fade rather than pads

Thanks, I will try that if I still have an issue

So, oem ST150 calipers, focus cariers, ebc blue stuff and that’s it?

You need the focus st170 discs aswell, along with the bigger bolts for the st170 pad carrier (the hub holes need enlarging) The pad type/make is optional

@@BackGardenGarage oh, true! Forgotten about rhat indeed. Will set it up soon myself I reckon! Thanks :-) Ps: those st170 discs are always 300mm?

@@Rijnooit Yeah I'm pretty sure focus st170 front discs are all 300mm. Bear in mind, depending how you use the car, just getting braided brake lines and good quality brake pads might give you enough extra performance your looking for. Without the need for much else.
