I found a method I used in FIFA 10 online message the opponent saying your going right then hit it down the middle they will think you are either using reverse psychology or you are trying to trick them so naturally they won't guess going down the middle especially not using this method I found this helps too.

If u hold ur left stick to the top left corner on a penalty for 2 seconds then shoot u normally score.
