I’ve been using this lately. It actually works ridiculously well, almost too well. I’ve taken Forest Green to the Championship and have built a massive 1 Billion bank, which has me hands down the best team in the 2nd tier of English football. Got through League 2 on my own, then did this when moving into league 1. If I remember correctly the cheat resulted in my picking up of maybe 20 million give or Take. But then when moving to premier, this strategy plus I guess the money coming from the jump resulted in over 1 Billion combined. I am fascinated to see how much will be there when I get to the next tier

If any of you have problems with the wage budget and transfer budget at 0 under the second season, just wait for a transfer offer for a player or come up with some way to get money for example pre-season tournament. Once you for example sell the player you'll have money in you transfer budget and will be able to trade the players with high wages.

I’ve tried this using sterling and managed to get £1.2 billion so it works BUT after buying the players I want after about 5 games into the season Fifa then crashes every time I want to play a match I can sim the games fine but it won’t let me physically play a match. Any ideas????

I gave Pedro 27m wage at the end of my Chelsea manager first season, and sold him in exchange for Pogba. Got 1.5b transfer budget back. My guess is the wage can go higher than that.

Maybe it's from transferring too much money. A solution that works is to legitimately sell some other players :)

Had the same problem. All you have to do is buy a player and use some of the money. I think it is capped at 2b so you must use some money before you can keep doing the trick

IMPORTANT!: I've just been told by a viewer who has tried this cheat, that when they finished the season with 0 funds after giving it all to players, the cheat didn't work. SOOOOOO. The solution to this problem is do NOT use ALL of your funds. Leave a little bit left when you finish the season :) Comment any further problems below! :)

You can't release the player due to the compensation yeah. I wish it were that easy! The only way really is to trade them off, so you've got to just keep searching till you find someone who will take your player!

See there's the problem. Like i mention in the video, when i gave a player 100m the game just broke and i got the exact same problem. my advice is to only offer a max of 10m :)

I know this is a bit of an old video now, but here goes. I did the cheat, transferred 11 lots of 10 mil (£), with money left over. Next season I managed to swap 3 players, but now my weekly wage budget is negative 1 mil and I get a message 'We can't allow you to go forward with this offer. We don't have the financial means to pull this transfer off' I've tried adjusting my wage slider either way and it has no impact. Any ideas anyone?

MNW thanks I figured it out in the end. I just ticked off one of the objectives. Before simming the remainder of the season. The glitch worked a treat! Although, I watched your video on the glitch for FIFA 17 and tried working through it for a friend who wanted to try it. Offered the players 1 million wage as you instructed but at the start of the new season they like £108,000 wage so by the time I done all player swaps I was just left with a similar transfer budget to when I started??

How do you know when it’s the end of the season in fifa 18?

It's the last month of the season, or the month before the season starts. So in Europe that would be June. June is the last month of FIFA 18 Career Mode in Europe :)

Yeah it's really really weird, but like i say in the video, for some reason in FIFA 18, in the last week of the season (June time) the wage just goes up massively. The wage was at 10 million because i had bought no one and sold no one so the club was making a tonne of profit throughout the season. (Winning the premier league plus other incomes = like 200m profit) :)

Having the same issue as others?, managed to swap 1 player on £30mil giving a new transfer budget of £1.3b. Though when it comes to new transfers I'm getting the insufficient funds notification?? Pretty frustrating! Also managed to outright sell a player on £30mil wages but that didn't add any money over to the budgets so I just lost out.. Has anybody managed a work-round for this yet??

When I do this glitch I have the next season £157M in transfer budget and --£3M i wage budget. So when I try to buy someone I get the message "We can't allow you to go forward with this offer. We don't have the financial means to pull this transfer off". So then i try to adjust the budgets but immediatly end up with £0 on both budgets. Am I doing something wrong?
