The "Volta" story mode is FIFA's new streetball story that replaces "The Journey." It's not groundbreaking, but it doesn't need to be. It's fun, and a nice little story that keeps you engaged. The entire Volta mode almost feels like a complete other game built into FIFA, so it's one of the more significant changes in the franchise in the past couple of years. It took about 6 hours.

This game is awfull, ctrl+c ctrl+v everywhere, they even put exact copy of the chinese girl in our team, in enemy team, several time, even in a same clothes. Story is plain bad, no progression, no evolving, it fails even behind fifa 17. definetely a skip this year

I played volta once the day i got the game, saw what a piece of shit it was and just went on with my usual fifa stuff (pro clubs, careere mode, seasons and occasionally fut). Not only is this story horrible but its just not worth finishing the volta game mode is by far the worst in the game. Not that the Journey was any better though. It was ok at Fifa 17 and got better at Fifa 18, but Fifa 19 the Journey was extremely boring, i didn't even get past chapter 2. I'm not even attempting to start this though
