try checking to see if your playing as a five star skill player. if that doesnt work its either your bindings or you gotta work on the timing you hit every thing it is very tedious and precise

Think of it as two steps, first on is to hold L2 and press r3 the second one is to hold r2 and hold the left stick forward. Be quick and do step 2 as quick as you can after step 1 is done
