Rio doesn’t get the credit he deserves IMO, he was a child and a ball playing cement at once. The guy was a nightmare to try and beat & then when he took the ball off you he could play one pass or beat a man and suddenly United were through on goal. Vidic was top drawer (unless he was up against Torres) but his job was made easier by how good Rio was

I'm a Sheffield United fan, which means that my centre back was Harry Maguire that was very good while he was here (sorry Kirbz). Did mascot package and got to meet him, plus Jordan Pickford was in net for Carlisle so I met him too which I find weird to think nowadays. Funniest thing about Jagielka is my dad says he was a really good CM for us cause that's where he played while here in like the early 2000s.
