Never change Ruesha. The online bullies are jealous that you’re able to speak out about issues confidently, whereas those keyboard warriors hide behind anon accounts trying to dim your light. You’ve done more to get people talking about sexual harassment at matches than all of them put together. Hopefully that guy is banned, like you suggested. And a lot of people should be saying thank you & apologising to you because you’ve used your platform to help progress safety for women and you’re making a change. People are always afraid of change. Keep pushing for equality for women & keep trying to develop the game in the right direction 👏🏻

I’m a massive fan of these two women. Very difficult having conversations live having to think before you speak. Too many people take things seriously. Ruesha clearly makes jokes when she is put on the spot and that’s her way of coping with certain conversations. Or I could be wrong and she just doesn’t give a flying F**k 🤣

Ruesha and Katie have a very personal and long long history together, i'm sure that comment is something that they'd say to each other all the time in the past and it's taken out of proportion by hardcore woso fans. Let's all try to just relax about this. She's prob sick to her TEETH having to talk about her all the time.

@@tanjamarsibils I completely agree with you, and just because Katie and Ruesha were in a past relationship or not, it does not excuse Ruesha’s comment. I honestly think it’s quite disgusting and disrespectful for her to put Katie down like that (and continuously in other videos) and take this situation as a joke. Because whether or not Katie has a good ass (which everyone knows she does) it’s not okay to make jokes about her body or the situation. Ruesha is making a joke out of that man’s behaviour of taking pics of Katie’s backside and instead of sticking up for her, she makes a joke. And I feel her comment kind of targets all girls with “unimpressive ass”. Because really it what kind of message is she trying to spread to other woman and girls with a comment like that? Every opportunity Ruesha gets to put Caitlin and Katie down, she leaps at it. If she was really sick of talking about the two of them she could absolutely bring up how she feels about speaking of them before the lives. Absolutely appalled with Ruesha. Her response was definitely not something she should be proud of.

Love the chat, as always. Even better though is the hour I've spent perusing the deranged messages of lunatics on Twitter who have decided to be offended at one of Ruesha's comments. To these special people I say this: IT WAS A JOKE. Get a sense of humour. I found it amusing and sadly I am somebody who has been sexually assaulted. Strangely enough it’s possible to laugh and take the topic seriously at the same time. What is completely unacceptable though is how Ruesha’s words are being manipulated by those with other motivations to represent her as somebody who ‘makes fun of sexual assault.’ That is just patently untrue. The irony of course is that the seedy pervert taking the photographs who ought to be subjected to scrutiny has now fallen out of the conversation in favour of a pile-on targeting somebody who actually went on to speak eloquently on the subject and condemned his actions. It’s like a perfect analogy for misogyny. It’s funny and of course not suspicious in the slightest that every single one of the terminally offended happens to be an Arsenal supporter and a McCabe fan. Hmm. Nothing to see there, I’m sure. I have to laugh at all the pearl-clutchers wailing, “what if Katie finds out like this?” I’m not being funny, but if I was on a football team and some creep was taking pictures of a mate’s arse whenever she bent over to take a corner, I think it might have come up at some point. There’s absolutely no way that McCabe was not already aware. As for the vile comments now circulating towards Ruesha on social media, I’m amazed that those responsible believe that they somehow have the moral high ground. To vilify and attack somebody en masse for a clearly misunderstood joke is wild. Anyone care about the effect of this pile-on Ruesha’s mental health? About how it might make her feel to read all those comments? To see strangers declaring that they ‘hate her’ and dismissing all who disagree as ‘Ruesha defenders’ in some kind of demented witch hunt that frankly borders on bullying? She was treated pretty appallingly by McCabe and you’ve all seized on this joke as a pretext for excusing what happened, so that you can continue with your one-sided support. Ultimately, you’re all appalling people and if McCabe played for Chelsea you wouldn’t care about any of this, because your true motivation is not concern for the victims of sexual harassment. If it were then you would have gone all out to report the man responsible, ensure that he is banned from future matches and raise awareness of the issue online. But you didn’t. And that isn’t Ruesha’s fault. My thoughts on all of this can be summed up as follows: 1. Get a life 2. Get a life 3. And this might come as a surprise: GET A LIFE!!!! 😴 Crack on girls - you’re doing a great job. You know you’ve made it when people are screaming that you should be cancelled. Ruesha, you really haven’t done anything wrong and I’m sorry that people are so awful. RANT OVER.

Hello Ruesha and Shebahn. You touched on some topics about the international "stars" that reminded me of comments I made on US channels. I also said Paris FC had shown how young, talented, well coached and tactically aware players could beat teams of "stars" from the first generations of true professionals. Tell your teammates this in the FA Cup, if you reckon it would work? Chelsea have so many goalkeepers, imagine sticking one of them up front and have Guro sending in crosses. Seriously though, should they go after the Paris FC manager for next season? Lastly will Kelly (best PK style) and Hemp (best shirt for Usain Bolt) missing out on the "Best" list push them to win the title with Manchester City?

Sadly this was the only option for FIFA as the huge biases and sexism of many of the judges have made it impossible for a woman to ever win a Puskas Award. It's infuriating seeing all these 'goal of the month' competitions that clubs run with nominees for the women's team who never even get a look in, even if the goal is spectacular or of historical significance. That's the state of football though unfortunately and it's inflamed by various misogynistic idiots on social media to create division and fish for likes. That being said it's a great honour for Marta, who spoke so well at the ceremony.

Why are people excusing Ruesha’s behaviour? I understand she makes jokes all the time but this is a very serious situation and she just flat out makes jokes about it, just because she got her feeling hurt, and I get she’s probably still heartbroken over the breakup, that’s no excuse to put Katie down, (all the time) but especially this time, and then make a joke about an awful violating situation that happens to many girls all over the world. And Ruesha’s response as a “role model” to a lot of these girls, is to make a joke out of the situation and excuse that man’s behaviour because she doesn’t like Katie. Like sorry that is absolutely disgusting, and very immature. Teammates don’t have to like each other, but they’re supposed to stick up for each other in horrible situations like this. If the tables were turned Katie wouldn’t throw her under the bus. Just confirms who the better person is.
