Fife and last stop it Scotland (till next time) and back to Northumberland Brat Tour 5 part 5 & 6

We moved on 97 miles to camp site Balbirnie Park Club Campsite, Glenrothes in Fife to complete Mrs J’s brat tour part 5. This site has 81 pitches on 3 levels, 3 camping pitches, 78 touring pitches (60 hard standing). A well maintained mostly wooded area but grass pitches are more open.( See video ) 16 amp EHU and 5 service points, very helpful staff.

We moved back to England a 124 miles drive down in to Northumberland crossing in at Coldstream taking in the lovely country side as we drive down to Rothbury then the short drive to Nunnykirk Camp site. This site was a Caravan & Motorhome club site which the club have seen fit to close. As the Club as very little site coverage in Northumberland we think is a retrograde step to take and should reconsider this action, as the River Breamish club campsite can only accept smaller units up to seven meters. We enjoyed our stay at Nunnykirk. We visited Cragside at Rothbury one of this National Trusts best site. We first joined the Trust at this site in 1982. Only 6 miles from Nunnykirk

I be leave it was due to losses in 23-24 plus flooding in which £57000 in relaying roads Pity very nice site and with the club having very few site in Northumberland this member think bad strategy
