‘Lactose’ it does that to me gurgles - I do not use it anymore so full of sugar, I have lazy bowl too 😂 camera used the lot and confirmed it and yeah would have to take like you , I now get seeded sourdough and gluten free and milk free x haha I rejoice with ‘free from’ products I now drink more water and seeded product and laxido from my dads box 😂 love your vlogs your wonderful and genuine

I only ever take small amounts, so not that much sugar, and nothing else does the trick. I am already gluten and lactose free in my diet, and drink water all day after our morning coffee. I think that we have a lot of company Katie who are gluten and lactose intolerant. Thank you for watching and commenting.❤

I agree with you both about food intolerance as you get older. My husband is similar to you as he has to have gluten free and lactose diet. Although I must say there is a lot more variety now than there used to be. You're a lovely couple to listen to and watch. 😊

Our chemist went on this hub system about 18 months ago. We don’t have our meds delivered, but we’ve had no problem with the chemist informing us by text when they are ready (always timely), and going to pick them up. Can’t remember any problems when this system first started for us, but maybe you are getting teething problems at your chemist! Hopefully, it will improve for you both soon!

It's okay Trevor, I've got my noise cancelling headphones on, and your secret is safe with me.. Perhaps, how did that song go? "What a mouth", etc. (Lonny Donegan was the singer, I think). Sound medical advice of what works for you may not work for everyone else. Onions, they give me gas.. I love them especially pickled cocktail onions. DOB, and Surname sounds like one medical App (Hot Doc or Med Adviser) I use for blood tests, doctor appointments, confirming/accepting date and time etc. Chemist advises when we can pick up scripts that we order on line. Even now confirming appointments for getting my car serviced, and when it's ready to be picked up.... Pat and Trevor, you are a nice couple that we enjoy watching you as you chat about anything and everything. Raw and natural (watch your tongue Trev). Thank you. (I'm humming that song, wot a mouth, wot a mouth, something about north and south - shut up Barry! Stay well, and stay safe. I noted the snow laden (ice) footpaths, you mentioned. In America, they're having bushfires and snow in different areas. We too are having all sorts of weather, rain, hail, bushfires, and flooding (it's fairly scattered). Take care, over and out.

These are things we all seem to be facing no matter where we are,lol. The remodeling just before Christmas looked a real nightmare but you sailed through and got Christmas all together. On the subject of 'massage guns', if the gun you are being asked to review is one of Bob and Brad's, they have done a number of KZbin videos on their channel (kzbin.info and/ or kzbin.info/aero/PL8l32k1r15l5dHe3yQyn7gDgZXRob9su0) explaining how to use the gun, areas of the body where the gun should and should not be used etc. The company who have asked you to review their product will no doubt give you full instruction of how and where the gun can be used safely and if there are any medical conditions where it is unsafe for the gun to be used. To me you are a special couple Trevor. You put yourselves on KZbin and let everyone into your lives, not many can do that, I know I couldn't. Just the last three vlogs have helped an awful lot of people who have or are getting surgery for a stoma. Also a lot of us relate to the trials and tribulations of getting older and how the NHS treats us.
