great vid. Just ordered this mic and had a fifine before hand and the price to performance is unmatched. You can make it sound as good as the infamous shure sm7b for 1/4th the price with just a little tweaking.

i know you released this video a long time ago, but I have a question. When you set the mic to raw audio, espescially during the ukelele recording, you seemed to have little to no white noise in the background which my K688 seems to have a lot of. I'm switching over to XLR and audio interface soon so I'd like to know if that will make the difference, or if there was a little bit of audio processing done already and , if so, any help to get it sounding like that would be appreciated as I am new to this whole music production thing haha.

Yes! Absolutely is. It’s actually designed first and foremost for spoken audio. So yea, vocals will sound good once EQ’d and mixed.
