Ally and Normani are more.. Reserved than Camren. They don't take over interviews, flirt with boys, or broadcast their lives much. Which doesn't make them better or worse, but fans tend to be attracted to more engaging members. Ally is extremely friendly but not flirty like Camila. Normani writes brilliantly (much more cohesively than Lauren in fact) but doesn't show her passion about the world's injustices like Lauren.
