I thank God I was in Catholic school from 1960 to 1964. I was given the Faith of Archbishop Lefebvre by the Church: the same, exact Faith. I agree strongly with what this holy man says in this video. Oh, I was corrupted, like most Catholic schoolers were in the aftermath of the Council, but the memory remained. In my later years, by the grace of God, my abandoned Faith resurrected pretty much completely. The poor younger folks! Raised on the new false religion of the Council. God help you!

@Thomas Morrell Well God promised he would be with his church all the days even till the consummation of the world. With Vatican 2, all sacraments were changed. The Mass converted from a sacrifice to a commemorative supper. Thus, the prophecies of an end time couter church became fulfilled. Archbishop Marcel LeFebvre, by God's grace, successfully preserved the Catholic church through the formation of the SSPX. We know the priests are valid because they are just doing what the Catholic Church has been doing for 2000 years. Also, note that Our Lady said in the end my Immaculate heart will triumph, the sspx has a special devotion and dedication to Our Lady , they encourage the scapular and the rosary and who crushes the snskes head in the end? Our Lady of course. Remember in the end times the deception would be so great that it would deceive even the elect, the elect are Catholics. So to sum it up, Salvation can only be achieved through the Catholic Church and the sspx preserves the Catholic Church. Vatican 2 sacraments are invalid because their priests are invalid.

I approach the SSPX pragmatically, accepting that they offer a valuable service during a time of hierarchical collapse within the Church. They have many good priests and I have benefited tremendously from their presence in my community. That said, the effects of their defection are becoming more pronounced over time, with potentially eternal ramifications. For example, they recently had a Novus Ordo bishop consecrate holy oils in a Chrism Mass in Germany. Apparently this means that they view the new rite of episcopal consecration as being definitely valid now, when in the past they had proclaimed it to be doubtful. The implication is that extreme unction and confirmations carried out by the SSPX in some places may be utilizing invalid matter, since the oils required in those sacraments must be consecrated by a legitimate bishop. A similar concern could arise if the Society sends a priest to someone on their deathbed - perhaps it’s a Novus Ordo priest who was doubtfully ordained. There are some of those in the Society who have not been conditionally ordained. We may hope that God would remedy these deficits through His grace, but to expect divine intervention while ignoring issues of potentially grave magnitude would be flagrantly presumptuous. Despite all of the concerns, the Society continues to bear good fruit. I only hope that the laity will continue to hold them to a higher standard, so that they may be as stalwart as possible until the inevitable resolution of the leadership crisis.

It is an amazing fact that we are formed by our environment and heredity (society and family). If you weren't born in a time when the trees stood tall and green (even though they were on the verge of falling over) your perception of trees is fallen over, dead and rotting trees. I makes a difference of impression. If you arw of an age when there are saplings all over amidst the dead and fallen trees, there is yet another impression.

Here I have to, unfortunately, somewhat disagree with the great Bishop. While the overall outward public thrust of the SSPX seems to be more ambivalent toward the outrages of Rome, the individual Priests themselves, as evinced from interviews, seem more determined and 'based' than ever. I think the rank and file of the SSPX are merely quietly going about creating sacred space and thus moreso concentrating on the real work at hand. It is almost as if the SSPX is performing a strategic withdraw from Rome while simultaneously building a very strong base with an eye toward the future. Maybe the actions, or inactions of the SSPX hierarchy is what's confounding the good Bishop.

The only Catholic way to make sure to stay away from error and faithful to the popes of all time before 1958 is to be theologically sedevacantist. The ark of salvation cannot mislead. Catholic church is about both authority and doctrine. So the authority has to be heretical, to resist it.

Now why not do something than just these talks, this anxiety to make things public .these does not resolve the problem as you said . So it’s prayer it’s evangelization it’s returning to God . It’s not negating the head of the church what will make the ship follow the right path ,but the faith , so let’s evangelize like in a very global very important way of bringing the faith to the world .why is it after many years now this is not happening , this evangelization has stoped . Bishops do that would bring back to the Vhurch of Jesus Christ HIS stray sheep . I propose to you bishop ,have you started that message in your community ? If it is yes can you share your work so we can as well implement in our communities ? Have you though about it ? You know it’s faith what changes . God listens HE is listening our prayers .
