Fifth Plenary: New Players, New Partnerships

In efforts to rebuilding their defence capacities, several European powers have also intensified their defence-industrial collaboration with partners outside the Euro-Atlantic region. Partners in the Indo-Pacific and the Middle East could indeed play an important role in helping to address European capability shortfalls, as well as to partner in major defence-industrial projects. The panel will discuss the role played by new partners in European defence-capability initiatives.
