Fourth Plenary: Transforming Defence Procurement

A major task for European NATO members is to transform their defence-procurement processes to develop and field defence capabilities faster. This will require more effective cooperation between governments, defence bureaucracies and defence companies. The session will discuss the approaches, progress and challenges for European nations to adjust their defence procurement, including through a new relationship with defence industry.
